Very bad customer service. I have been a customer at Nordea for as long as it has existed here, but during the past year, the customer service has decreased drastically: transactions between own accounts take several days (previously they could be seen immediately), they take "service fees" without informing their customers from several different services (some of which are mandatory nowadays), and contacting the "24/7" customer service takes 45 minutes of waiting...claiming "rush" in service.
I thought I would be a Nordea customer for a long time, but if it continues like this, I will have to start considering other options. Very disappointing.
