Always a long wait at the desk to collect products already paid for online, even if there is only one person ahead of you. If you are just collecting something, already paid for online, would it not be possible to have the products ready for collection ?

I have ordered a Paddle on Nootica website but due to suppliers deliveries delay they were experiencing some major issues. I truly understand that this factor was out of their control but the way they handle customer service was really disappointed.
After the latest date when my order was due to arrive, I have contacted the company and got a reply the day after explaining the situation. 10 min after receiving their email, I have tried to reach them but no chance, they did not get back to me and left me waiting for a reply until the next Monday ( Their email arrived on Friday 12:33 pm so far before their closing hours)
They then send me an email again, despite that I have asked them to be called in my different unanswered email.
After 19 days that my order have been submitted, I do not have received my paddle, did not received any call form any customer service agent, I still don't know where we are standing with it.
I personally work in Customer Service and this has not been a great experience at all, I am really disappointed not only because I could not enjoy my paddle during my holidays (which I totally understand that it was out of their control) but by the way the handled this situation.
I will not recommend their website and will never use them again.

Recently bought an SUP from Nootica and I cannot fault the customer service.
The initial SUP I ordered wasn't readily available so the guys at Nootica did everything they could and offered me an alternative board for the same price which I accepted, brilliant service with regular updates regarding my order and really good order tracking with the courier they use.
Do not hesitate to buy from this company.

The product is great and the delivery was within 4 days in france. The only disadvantage is that when you want to return a product (because it didnt fit ), that you have to pay for the resending.
