I'm not sure what you mean but I am sharing information from you as often I can and when the room I have my sofa pleased inn is finish - I will take a photo and leave it on FB - I have not used the sofa yet but it looks nice. The order, the service and the sofa was delivered at right time - and the women I mailed with did all she could to get the sofa earlier to me than normal order time - I'm so satisfied with you - thank you

Ordered a sofa and a rootrest from sofa company. The quality is very poor. 1. Difficult to assemble. It suppose to be just few steps, but one part of the sofa does not align with the others. I have to move the anchor to put everything together. 2. The cushion is way to soft. You get "sucked in" when you sit on it. If i bought the sofa in local stores, i would definitely return it. In sofa company, you suppose to pay the shipping cost for return by yourself!
update: sofacompany contacted me and send me a new pillow. it takes 12 weeks though.
