It's been a month since the order is canceled and I still did not receive my money back. We tried to call them but kept getting disconnected. Then we found this another phone number, who is apparently some sort of company in charge of collecting money. They said that this Neckermann site is going bankrupted and probably we can never reach them .
I don't know what is going on, but I want my money back. Otherwise I may have to pay a visit to this office location they have and ask it in person. It's so annoying that they barely replies!

I have placed an order for a bike, the price was good, but it is still waiting for shipment, not sure when it will be shipped or no further detail on when i can expect the item. Please let me know how long it will take for the shipment .

worst customer service ever,
i have cancelled my order for a bike almost a month ago,i called them many times but lately they are not picking up the phone and they ask you to do everything by email.
i have not received my money till now
can not be trusted ,do not order anything from this website

I ordered an iPad off Neckermann.nl in November 2013. The price was great but there was a waiting period of 2 weeks which I was ok with. It has now been more than 2 months and after many calls to the customer service centre the only answer I get is that they do not know when the stock will arrive.
If they sell something for a good price, then they should be able to stock this item within the time period indicated. If they can not, then they should make a plan to cover their mistakes and get the customer their order. All other online shops have stock of the product, no shortage of the product was announced by the manufacturer. It just seems like they are trying to get out of making a pricing mistake by forcing the client to cancel the order. Unacceptable.
How long will the customer have to wait before they receive the product? How many reviews must a client write before Neckermann.com does something about it?
