So impressed with this airline. We had a problem with another flight coming into Cairo so ended up missing domestic flight from Egypt. We weren’t able to contact the company from outside Egypt to notify them so couldn’t cancel or postpone it beforehand.
We ended up making a new booking a couple of days later. However, when we explained the issue to Nile air afterwards they agreed to refund us. Was very impressed at customer care and professionalism. Hope such companies are rewarded with customer loyalty as decency of this kind is quite rare in this day and age. Thank you Nile Air!

Most awful company in the world they decided to cancel a flight and instead of solve the problem, they left my wife and my son can't get back and told us will give you a refund after 2 weeks and I can't get a solution and no one answers me
