waiting home whole day for delivery, driver never came , called them, claim nobody was in the house. changed the delivery for another day. Same story. called them again, changed the address to my work place . waited 3 more days for delivery

Shocking... absolutely shocking. Is no stars an option? Losing packages like its a hobby. Happened 3 times this year!
Make sure you ask whoever you're ordering from for example: LifeStyle for an alternative courier if they have one. If not just go to the shop. The reason we order things is because many of us go to work 9 to 5 and we don't have the time to shop and also, it's easier to shop for pressies.

Words don't exist for how bad this company is at doing a simple job.
Lies from customer service staff,driver's not even employed- by there own admission by Nightline doing delivery's. I was waiting on a delivery from eir mobile and i'll never order online again from eir as long as these yeee haaass are making the delivery.

1 star is way too generous. Useless, incompetent, pathetic, appalling lack of service and customer care. Blatantly lied to me for 2 days via email and over the phone, like i have nothing better to do than wait for something that they clearly had no intention of delivering when they said they would. Look at the state of the other reviews and do not use this company under any circumstances.

Appaling service by the courrier who 'delivered' my parcel. I was home all day looking ahead of getting my order, ive seen the van turning up on my street but it was clear that driver simply doesnt care nor about his job or people getting their stuff - he basically knocked on my door, left the parcel at the porch and walked back to his van straight away He didnt even wait one second for me to open the door. This happened a week ago. There was no lights in the house, and as if there were lights or sound of me being home this is truly unacceptable. Shame on you nightline courriers

Absolutely awful. Package expected on 12th December. Arrives on 23rd. Customer support are robotic and unhelpful. We're experiencing delays is the best explanation provided for not delivering a parcel for 11days. The TV and phone companies would be doing themselves a favour by using a different company.

The worst service I have ever seen; useless people working in a irresponsible company; better to give the jobs to some donkeys they does better ; I don’t know who gave them award am sure , That somebody never experienced their services . terrible customer service sent two parcels back to Littlewoods they managed to lose one i rang they told me they would ring back with more details but never did just kept sending me emails must not like human contact only found out through Littlewoods they had received the parcel and no communication not even through email their favorite form of contact. I don’t even want to review one star.
Very unprofessional service, when calling to query my delivery address the customer service member was extremely rude. Very snappy at me and using an annoyed tone throughout the call. I had called Lifestyle sports prior to calling nightline and the lady in Lifestyle was nothing but helpful. These good companies seriously need to reconsider their courier service, shocking service all around I don’t know how they let that man in customer service speak to customers on the phone. I can’t complain about the drivers as any communication I’ve had with their drivers have been nothing but pleasant, although they are completely overworked and unappreciated by this horrible company!!!!

Pathetic service, support useless, emails not answered. Virgin mobile phone never delivered after 9 days. I have now cancelled my mobile phone account and TV & broadband based on service levels from both. No accountability what so ever. No option to redirect online or facility to contact them to request a redirect, no collection centre option either. Had multiple deliveries by DPD, simple online redirects and multiple collection centre options, Nightline are living in the dark ages.

i have worked with 10-20 transport companies and by far nightline are the absolute worst constantly missing things and do not ring the office for support cause they will lie to you and say ill sort that and nothing is ever done.
also you can not get their names because when you ring back up the person never worked there.Joke of a company do not trust

If i could leave a minus star rating I would. To new look. Next and Debenhams and any other company who uses nightline couriers please stop. They will ruin your business. Packages arriving days and weeks late if at all. Claiming they were left in safe place like behind a plant pot if only we had plant pot when packages actually being left in full view of passers-by on front step. No proper tracking facility as just says hub in all the time. Don't bother to ring doorbell just drop and run when packages do eventually arrive. No customer care they claim they don't know where parcels are. Obviously hate their job. WORSE Company ever to try deal with.

Absolutely horrendous service have been trying to contact this shambles of a company for the past two days. Supposed to get a call back about a parcel they have lost no one bothered to call me back. Just awful...so annoyed over this. A lot to learn about customer service

I placed an online order for products from Boots last Monday with free delivery. Then I was notified that Nightline would be delivering. Oh dear! As I had already received items marked fragile from them smashed beyond recognition I immediately opted to have it delivered to the local Parcel Motel. Friday evening and no sign. I got through eventually to Nightline and was told they had lost it. It was on the van and would be there that evening or Saturday morning. No sign. Boots customer service called them on Saturday. I got a text at 1:30am. Collected today - Sunday. Every item was damaged and unsuitable to be given as gifts. I now have to carry the lot to Boots Liffey Valley to get the items back to the warehouse to process my refund which will take 30 days and buy every item again. What a disgrace.

If I could give zero stars I would, one star is more than generous!
Ordered from new look on the 8th December and the tracking stated that it was delivered and left at the side gate on 10th December so I couldn't understand why I didn't get it. I checked to see if I put in the wrong address but I didn't.
None of my family picked it up and it wasn't given to neighbours.
I called the customer service desk and the agent tried to call the driver but there was no answer so I was told I would get a call back and I didn't. emails ignored also despite emailing three times. Not one reply or apology.
Ended up getting a refund as I believe the parcel has been lost somewhere due to their awful service.

Appalling!!! I spent alot of money online and my package has just seemed to vanish. They're tracking is useless and hasnt changed in 2 weeks nor has any feedback been given as to where my delivery is. Im fuming with this whole situation.

This is an absolute shambles of s company and should be ashamed of there service.
They lost two thousand euro worth of products in two separate packages on me.
They promised next day delivery I waited two weeks for my package which is Still hasn't arrived
Also well as rude customer service support team who told me call me because clearly she didn't want to deal with the probably at hand.
I've reorganize my replacement package to be delivered by a different courier service as my last wise move.

I dont even want too send a one star!! This company is beyond doubt the worst entity known to grace this earth. A bunch of lying scumbags who think its ok to lie about having attempted deliveries on four occasions!! When there is CCTV in place!! Having rung every time passed the slot to see where it was, then told the driver is delayed but will get to you absolutely!! He has your number and will ring you. Two days now!! I have ordered from the same company, Samsung store and this happened exactly the same as before, i try my damndest not to have Nightline deliver, I cannot understand for the love of me how companies are still dealing with this group!!!!!!
I will not be ordering from the samsung store again because of this.

Worst courier ever and have the bare faced cheek to say they are an "award winning service" when waiting on hold for an eternity to speak to someone. Staff down right ignorant. A no access card left by them...no name on card despite 3 people in our household....no tracking or reference number...absolute zilch!! When I eventually got through was told as I didn't have a tracking number they could not speak to me further and abruptly hung up. What a sham service........."award winning service" AT BEING CRAP!!!
