Trying to order sweatshirt....clearly says item is "$69.99 with the code".. in big red letters..when out in cart says code does not apply. I CALLED THEM and they said that even though it said that , it doesn't get the discount.....BAIT AND SWITCH...should report them to better business bureau!

I ordered jersey.. took 3 weeks to get email about it being backordered.... 2 days after that i noticed they had camcelled my order. I called amd asked why... they said no stock. So I went online and could reorder my order... if tjere is no stock why can you order it. Waste of time this company...oh and the 40 spam emails fro fanatics after I did this order. Forget it stay away. Customer service was useless.

SO BAD, I got a few things from there before, some not in the best condition. But I decided to order some Christmas presents from them a few weeks ago anyway, that was all fine until I tried again yesterday and every single time I tried to put it through it was declined!! I tried to contact customer service only to be hung up on a few times and left to ring through the rest. Contacted them VIA twitter hoping for extra help only to be told to ring customer service!!!! After I had told them I had issues with calling customer service! Terrible service. After a few years of shopping with them. I'm going to have to find somewhere else. Because this is shocking

I ordered a t-shirt for my son on 12/9 on shopnhl.com, plenty of time to get as a xmas present. The t-shirt was shipped on 12/12 and arrived about a week later. The t-shirt was supposed to be a custom NY Rangers Fox t-shirt. It arrived with Fox's name on the back and the Dallas Cowboys logo on the front. I called and explained the situation. They said they would fix the shirt and then send it out again. I had to insist it be sent Express shipping so that it would make it by Christmas. This was around the 18th or 19th. Today is 12/28 and the shirt still has not arrived.

Bought a Heritage classic Winnipeg Jets Jersey Fanatics. 180.00 order Recieved a Edmonton Oilers 20.00 T shirt instead. Call customer service told me the speal of how sorry they were and that there were no more jerseys in the size I ordered. Would only refund my money once I shipped the t shirt back. Once recieved they would return my money. Also for their mistake gave me a lousy 15% off next purchase which was another slap as the site usually advertises 25% off. So angry and frustrated. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I placed an order for a jersey on November 3rd for the game I am going to on December 10th. Boy was I wrong that 5 weeks would be long enough to receive my order in time. Terribly disappointing.
The item was "in stock" and was supposed to ship on November 12, and be delivered by November 21. I kept receiving emails that it had been delayed, and started getting nervous I was not going to receive my product in time for game day, which defeats the entire purpose of my order. I called their customer service the first time on November 22nd, and was promptly assured it would ship the next day. After receiving two more emails saying it was delayed, I called back the following week and the person I spoke to told me it wasn't shipping until December 4th. In my opinion, the first person I spoke to completely lied to me. I wanted to cancel my order and buy it from a credible company that will actually ship to me in reasonable time (should have ordered from Sportchek in the first place!) I was told I would not be able to cancel my order, but I insisted each email I received saying my order was delayed also said "If I chose not to wait I could cancel The order any time." After speaking with her manager, she agreed to allow me to cancel my order which had not even shipped yet after placing my order 3 weeks prior.
Will definitely never order from this business again, and I will be telling my experience to anyone thinking of ordering from them as well.

Bought a Petterson Jersey from the site because of the Christmas promotion they had as it was about the same price as from the Canucks Store shipped to my address (with my Season Ticket Holder Discount). I figured they would be the same as the Canucks Store as the Canucks website links to this store......
It sat in my closet unused as I had other jerseys. I wore it for the first time in October.
I noticed that the numbers were peeling off already!
#1 - Why are the numbers glued on in the first place? Every other jersey I've purchased from the Canucks games they are sewed on.
#2 - Why is it peeling off after one time?
I talked to customer service, the lady I have to admit was very nice on the phone. However, because of the time it has been, there's nothing that they could do.
My bad for not checking the merchandise after I received it but ironed on numbers? What a joke company. Should have read the numerous reviews online prior to purchasing and not assume it was the same stuff at the Canucks Store. Buyer Beware!

So, with all the bad reviews I figured it couldn't be that bad, boy was I wrong! Ordered a jersey the first of September and there is no info on shipping until they get your money. Once I ordered I got a shipping date of September 25th and delivery of October 4th (going to game 1 in Vegas Oct 2) so I called to cancel my order and was told "sorry there is nothing we can do because it's a factory direct order but it's in the shipping stage to it will go out soon" well here it is September 27th and still shows "pending" on the website so I called again. This time I was told "your order was out of stock but should be shipping soon"... this website and customer service is a joke! Tried to cancel my order again and was told the same thing about being a factory direct order and I would take 17 business days for a refund after they get the order back. So best case scenario I'm looking at 2 plus months of waiting to get my money back... DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE AND TELL TELL YOUR FRIENDS NOT TO BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!

I purchased 3 authentic jerseys 2 weeks ago. A few days ago, I was told one of the 3 jerseys could not be delivered and I was given a full refund. Then today I was told a second of the 3 items would not be delivered and I was given a full refund. I expect that in the next day or so, I will get the same message about my third jersey. Will never shop at NHLshop.com again!
I suppose you could say, at least I got a refund but I was planning on wearing one of those jerseys to an upcoming game. I may try to get a full refund on my tickets, rather than giving any more money to the NHL - which doesn't seem to care about their customers. The items I ordered are not one of a kind, there should be plenty but the NHL does not believe in having inventory sitting around. So maybe their fans should not be sitting around at the games either! Sorry no pictures to add since I haven't received anything yet!

I placed an order online and received an email the next day informing me there was a problem with my order and i would be refunded within 2-7 business days. I reordered again only to receive another email stating the same thing. Bothers times I called customer service and was assured my order would go thru. The next day I received another email that my order was cancelled. I called customer service again and she told me that she had 100% success in helping customers lol. So I had her place the order for me and I received an email the next day stating my order was cancelled. Called and they said they forgot to add half my postal code lol. I told em to forget about it. What hassle for nothing . NEVER ordering from nhlshop.ca again. What a load of crap

Will never order from here again, hope you don't either!!! Ordered items that were "in stock" and was charged on my credit card immediately. 5 days later still no shipment, called customer service. Said it was too late to cancel because it was in queue and she said it would ship out that day, well obviously it didn't. Got an email the next day indicating there is no ETA that can be given and that I can cancel anytime. So I tried to cancel right then and there and took about 30 minutes back and forth with a rep saying it was too late despite proof of an email from nhl shop saying it was not too late. He couldn't give me a ship date too, quoted a "promised ship date" that I received right after placing the order, well that date was 3 days earlier so obviously a broken "promise". Eventually he said he would open a ticket just to get me off the phone and that I would get a refund and cancellation confirmation within 1-4 days. Hopefully I do, but I am doubtful. What kind of company charges your credit card before shipping the product out, or better yet charges it for product they don't even have stocked??? Stay away from them, seriously.

Ordered a shirt for the 2019 Heritage Classic game. Original order was placed September 25th. After three weeks and no word from them I cancelled it due to poor service. I then re-ordered it because there was a 20% discount code that could be applied. It's November 5th and I am still waiting. The game was over a week ago. I called to cancel as there have been no updates only to be told that the order cannot be cancelled as it has gone to the warehouse and will be shipped later this week.
Appalling service and no concept of customer care. Do yourself a big favour and shop elswhere.

After ordering a limited edition jersey, they sent an email more than 2 weeks after the order telling me that they received my cancellation request despite me not asking for a cancellation. In live chat the customer service rep stated the warehouse had cancelled the order because the jersey was out of stock, yet their website still showed 1 available. No customer service other than "you'll get a refund in 7 - 10 business days, if you want the jersey check the website yourself to see if it comes back in stock". Unbelievable.
NEVER ordering from NHL shop again.

I have been looking on this site for LITERALLY weeks waiting to buy at the right time. I mean, weeks! Months! Studying their deals and special codes. After a lot of researching, trust me, a total joke! They're always the same price no matter what!!
OH, and want to know why I didn't just buy the first time I thought I was getting a good deal... Because after spending hundreds, I get to the final checkout, and they had NO WAY OF GETTING FREE SHIPPING! WHAT?!?! Spend that much money and they will ALWAYS charge you an extra $15 for shipping. Terrible business. I went elsewhere.

I have a hard time finding San Jose merchandise for sale in Ontario so I order most things offline. My husband ordered me a sweater and touque from nhl.com for an anniversary present. It has been pending for a week and after talking with customer service yesterday and reading more reviews, I am not impressed at all with their service. They have more disclaimers than help for their customers. I would not feel comfortable ordering anything from this site ever again. I am very disappointed with the whole process, the lack of info and customer security provided.

2 items ordered. First was a discounted end of line jersey. Product delivered on time and was good. Second was custom ordered with player name. Delivery within 1 week. 2 weeks later still no product. To cancel order, now have to wait an additional 3-5 days for confirmation...the playoffs will be over by then. Unfortunate as this was my second vendor. First one "sports jerseys canada" emailed right away saying product not in stock and refunded day 1. I would check them out first as they seem way more reputable.

The people at NHL shop have no consideration for those whom they accept money from. I ordered a blues jersey - and after speaking to someone on the phone he assured me that the jersey name would read O'REILLY instead of OREILLY. The jersey that I got had the name spelled incorrectly - and instead of fixing it they basically shrugged me off and, in other words, told me to deal with it. Had I known that they would refuse to add a simple goddamn apostrophe on my jersey I would have spent more money elsewhere to have my favorite player's name spelled right. These people are a joke.

We were leery of ordering through Shop.NHL because there were so many negative reviews. We ordered a specially made item on July 2nd and received it on July 19th. This is exceptionally great service for a speciality item. We have ordered from other sites and it has taken far longer to receive a generic item.
When there was a projected delay we were immediately informed and the item arrived exactly on the date promised.
My item was exactly as ordered. I am more than satisfied with this service.

Returned one hat and got less than half the original price back because of a MANDATORY $10 return label fee subtracted. (A fee that's only mentioned when you're 99% done processing the return). More than double a standard shipping cost, just to ship the hat back one state away from me to the return center. Would have no problem paying a few bucks for shipping, but double a normal shipping cost?! Paying more for the forced label than the amount of money you got back for the item??! It also looks like the $10 fee is a fixed fee for returns - no matter what the cost of the item is!
Straight up scam and will never buy from these morons again.
