I ordered a jersey from here and while it shipped and arrived quite fast, they had sent me 3 sizes smaller than what I ordered. It turns out customer service is impossible to get ahold of and half of the website is non-functional... particularly the links for starting returns. The info is all there, they are very clear about how to return it, but none of the links are functional to start the return. Customer service constantly says that "We're available to help 24/7! ... but not right now. Check back later!" I've been checking back multiple times a day for two weeks and it's literally never open. I even got desperate and attempted to contact them through Facebook, but still no response. I completely wasted 280 dollars on this website and it's non-existent customer service!

I Bought a BlackHawks hoodie for a friend for Christmas. I spent 23 minutes on hold for them to tell me it was out of stock and they couldn't exchange it. They refunded me $6.00 and hung up the phone on me. Horrible customer service.

This is why I only order from Amazon. Unfortunately I had to order elsewhere to get what I wanted in time for Christmas. Yeah, that still didn't happen. The NHL needs to find another company to do their team apparel because this one couldn't be any worse. I also got gifted items from here that are all too small and appear to be very cheap quality. All of it is way too expensive! Whatever happened to the bigger brands like Reebok, Nike, Majestic, Starter, '47, etc? This brand sucks!

I ordered a bedding set for my grandson and it came in a flimsy plastic bag that was all torn. I had to remove a hair from the bedspread. For the price it could have come in a nice zippered bag and clean.

Placed order Nov.11th tracking info said it was shipped the 14th... my ccard was charged immediately... today is December 18th and still no package... called twice- first time was told I should get it within a week to 11 days... just got off phone again n said parcel was lost n they are going to reimburse me... don't know if I'll see that reimbursement on my card... couldn't even reorder as I was told items were out of stock... sounds like a huge scam to me...beware... I know I will never order from this site again.

Even though the website says 90 days return, mine was "direct from the manufacturer " so only 30 days to return. It was 31 days so I can suck it. And best part is there is no phone number for customer service! This was on online chat.

Ordered a hockey jersey for Christmas. Was never delivered on date promised and returned to the company. When calling customer service they advised that we could not get it for the same discounted price and would need to purchase at regular price. This company is a complete JOKE as well as there shipping company LASERSHIP

Received a jersey with the incorrect number on the back. The real number is 37 and the back says 73. However, the sleeve is correct. Was told the company is out of this product and they can't do anything but refund me which will take 10 business days to process after the 7 business days to get the item sent back to them. They offered a 20% coupon, upon my complaint to a manager, however can't just give me a custom jersey. I spent good money to get a product that was awful and was told they can effectively do nothing. It's ridiculous that they can't correct their error and the customers have to suffer. Being it's Christmas I can't afford another jersey and won't get refunded until late January. Will not ever recommend this site or company to anyone.

If you see a countdown on an irresistible sale on this website, ignore it. Because the sale recycles itself over & over. The other thing to ignore is the claimed shipping date (typically says 1 business day). Unfortunately, I took the bait and ordered a jersey only to receive an email 2 days latter that it's delayed. Too bad I didn't read the reviews here until after the fact. Called Service and was told I cannot cancel my order although the email said I could if I decided not to wait any longer. After complaining to the supervisor, they agreed to submit a request to cancel and asked me to wait 3-5 days for an email to see if the cancellation is successful. I hope I get my money back. Never have I ordered online from a reputable shop and was charged immediately when the item hasn't been shipped.

Scam - sounds like a good official website but its not! I have rarely heard so much BS - first delivery was supposed to be 3-5 business days then once I placed it it turned into 17 whicih was way too late for xmas... When I tried to change the address on the order - which took an hour and lots of frustrationwith useless repetitive phrsing from the customer service agent - my order was STILL shipped to the wrong address. Also I tried but couldn't cancel it within an hour after placing it - multiple contact with customer service was extremely frustrating - couldnt even find a number to call (1-855-438-0681) - I hope you never order there or ever
send a cent of money in their direction...

Ordered a shirt on 15th December which was showing as being in stock and payed for 1-2 day delivery. By 21st December it still hadn't turned up and I then spent 20 minutes in a phone queue (looks like lots of others doing these reviews had same problem) getting through, to be told that it hadn't been picked or despatched yet and needed printing (it was just a team player shirt, not a personalised one). I was promised that it would be despatched next day delivery and that I'd get a confirmation email. No email came and when I called again on 23rd they said nothing had happened with my order. So I cancelled the order by email as it was clearly not coming in time for Xmas anymore. I'm now being told that they can't cancel the order, even though it hasn't been despatched, and will have to despatch it and then I'll have to return it at my cost to get a refund! Unbelievable company, will never use them again and would strongly advise everyone else to do the same and that the NHL severs all links with them as it's not doing their reputation any good either.

Ordered custom jersey 11/21, with promised shipping date 11/25 and delivery date 11/27. Now they told me it will be shipped 12/6, which is too late. And based on previous reviews, I would not trust that either.
Today is 11/28 and customer service is telling me they can not cancel it, as it is custom. But also they are not able to ship it until 12/6. So either they are lying to me or they really have something extemely wrong at NHL!
Advice: Do not use this site to order anything. And maybe this is way NHL works.

The website is unbelievably bad and poorly laid out. Discounted codes are not applied and full price is charged.
I placed an order and when I received my final invoice the price nearly doubled. I was told that I didn't include the discount code. The company refused to make an adjustment to the price and suggested I return the item and then place another order with the discounted code. NO WAY!!! The customer service representative and the supervisor could not make this simple adjustment even though the item had not shipped. I have lost all faith in this company. Buyer beware!!!

I ordered a hoodie Nov 21, 2019. On the tracking theyve sent me it says it was processed and shipped Nov 22, 2019 with a delivery date of Dec 4. I called them Dec 9 asking for my package and first of all, i was dropped 3 times on a hold. When Im finally able to talk to a rep she said that the package was not delivered and that theyre reshipping it. I asked to talk to a manager for an explanation for my first package. The Manager talked so fast and got frustrated that Im asking too many questions and that were going in circles. He proceeded to talk fast and started yelling at me, not providing an explanation for the first package. I hang up and went online to chat with a representative. She said she cant provide a copy of my phone conversation with the manager. She also said they dont have a complaint form or survey. Lesson learned, dont purchase from this website. Its not worth the headache.

Went to start a return, selected damaged for the reason, then saw I'd only get $18.14 back (original price plus tax, minus $9.99 for how much they charge for shipping a hat back to them). It would cost me barely 3 dollars to ship this back. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I'll never buy from the NHL Shop again.
