We use Next Day Flyers almost exclusively for our client projects until now. Past several orders have been nothing but challenging. It appears NDF has outsourced all of their customer service to the Philippines and we have been unsuccessful in reaching anyone from the United States. Managers are not available. It is very disappointing to potentially loose a vendor that we relied on so heavily, however with their decline in reliability and customer service, we may have no choice.

Banner did not arrive on time for our event. It did not arrive on time as promised, even with paying for fast turnaround on printing. If you order from NextDayFlyers, don't trust their delivery time! NextDayFlyers reimbursed us but what we needed was the banner for the event. Now we are going to be in a parade without a banner and no one is going to know who we are! We are extremely disappointed!

Spent a couple hours designing a perfect wine label, only to go to checkout & find out that shipping charges were $43 on an $80 order. Live chat customer service said there was not anything they could do. Went to another vendor & my shipping was free on order over $50..

I spent $100 with this company to have business cards be delivered in 2 days and they ended up being delivered in 5 days. I had to show up to a very important event without business cards and it hurt my business. I called customer service the day after “guaranteed” delivery date to tell them my concern and they were not accommodating at all.
Their slogan is “on time or on us.” So why did they only offer me a $20 store credit for a $100 order? After being put on hold five times, the representative finally told me that the best they could do was refund the shipping price. You literally need to haggle with them to make them agree on some refund. To the company owner, why would you make this your slogan and not honor it? The website claims that they have a 100% money back guarantee. All false advertisement.

THIS COMPANY IS A DISASTER. You will tear your hair out and chew off your left leg trying to order from their site. I am computer literate and spent ONE HOUR entering and re-entering basic info (ie address!) that it would not accept. Finally called their phone agent and she was dumb as a post. Could not spell and did not understand even the simplest of questions.
Finally hung up and placed an order with uprinting which was a breeze.

i ordered stickers and they did not arrive when they said it should. The responded immediately and gave me a store credit for the entire amount of my purchase. Generous offer I thought.

I've worked with NextDayFlyers before to create some really interesting projects - like accordion fold brochures that I wasn't able to find anywhere else. I've also ordered some signs and booklets from them with no real issue. This last project was a roller coaster from start to finish (and it's still not done). I started out just asking for an estimate. The first estimate came back and I noticed it was wrong - it didn't have front and back printing. I then waited 2 more weeks to get the estimate (bugging NextDayFlyers a total of I think 4 more times) until finally I was given my estimate - this should have been my clue that I needed to find a different company, but I really liked what I had gotten from them before. I ordered and moved forward with the next project on my list only to open my emails this morning to find that the amount I needed to pay was pretty much double the quote I was given (and had already paid) 3 days before the posters are supposed to be here. Why did the price jump up? I was never given the right estimate - it apparently still was for one sided printing (even though my invoice clearly states Printed Side: Front and Back). Like I said, I've used them before and had zero complaints but this entire ordeal was ridiculous. The poster I'm getting done is one our company updates every few months, but I won't be looking at getting the next versions from Next Day Flyers.
Edit - I payed the remaining balance just to get the posters so I can move on to the next thing on my list. They reached out to me Friday 6/23 at 8:10pm. My order was scheduled to arrive on 6/29 (and the order was placed on 6/16). My updated arrival is now 7/10. I initially inquired in May. I'm going to suggest they change the name of their company.

I was ripped off by Next Day Flyers. They messed up my order, and wanted me to pay more. They never even reimbursed me for the job they messed up! I can never use the print job they gave me. A waist of time and money. I would never recomend them, and can think of many other printers with competitive pricing, and better service, that actually care about their customers.

I love Next DayFlyers. I have used them for the past two years and have printed over 75,000 postcards, bookmarks and greeting cards because their print quality is excellent. One bookmark order got lost and was refunded. Weeks later when they found the misplaced order, they mailed it to me without charge. Cheers

They have great customer service, its cheap and you get it pretty fast. The only complaint I have is that they might mess up your order. Off center, different colors, etc. Otherwise its a solid place.
