I love shopping with Next I love the choice of products and the fact that they have so many of the designer’s that I love to shop with. I enjoy the next day delivery and love the items that were purchased are great quality. I just wish that you would do more size 4 in women’s clothing.

Delivery arrived on time and was well packaged.
Lovely umbrella stand. I have put in 6 umbrellas and 2 walking poles. Only possible improvement would be to have something in the bottom to protect it from breakage if umbrellas dropped.

Excellent clothes and returns service but let down time and again by dreadful couriers. I found some of the clothes delivered left in the rain overnight in a public road despite the fact that I was in at the time of delivery and could have safely taken in a parcel. Very happy with the clothes I’m keeping but this is not the first time I have complained to Next about this issue and it’s the only online retailer I have this issue with.
