Absolutely shocking company, Ordered my partner a cap from here for his holidays two wks app now and it’s still not arrived. An still waiting on delivery.
Every time u click on track you item it says say we have no information. So I goes to email them an again it tells me “oops we have a problem finding what your looking for!” Disgusting. Just wish I have read reviews b4 ordering!!!

This is the first time I purchased online at newera.com since I live in Canada and there isn't a store near me. Well I purchased the item and the day after received a shipping confirmation. The tracking number defaulted to UPS but gave me an error message, so not thinking anything and because it was coming from the US. I waited the 5 to 7 days as was shown in my email only to call new era after the 7 days to find out that it was in fact shipped with Purolator. When i checked Purolator's website low and behold the tracking number worked. Now i find out that from the day after the shipping confirmation was sent to me they have been trying to deliver the item to me. I contacted newera again to which they said they will send it off to their escalation team and get back to me the same day. Well i am still waiting for that. I contacted Purolator myself, they did their investigation but was unable to stop the item from being returned to the sender. I contacted new era again very annoyed and the customer service rep was not having any of my complaints turned around and told me that I am the only one with this problem. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM NEW ERA ONLINE unless you live in the States.

How do I start about a week ago I made an order for 16 hats totaling $500 I added this 2-day shipping so that I received the hats and do time. Once I did not receive the hats on the day that was expected to receive I checked the tracking number and noticed that it had said it had been left at the front door. I immediately got in contact with new era over the phone and was told right away that a refund would be processed and that I needed to make the order again for the same items I thought no problem and wanted to know what happened to my order and how would I be able to receive my order in a fast process. I was told not to worry about it and that the order will be expedited I'm thinking here no problem. Here's what my problem came the next day I did not receive a confirmation email instead I called back to ask what was going on and was it okay to go ahead and make the order. I was told that I was not getting a refund and that I had to file a chargeback with my bank in order to fight for what I paid for I immediately lost it. I explained to the lady that it just wasn't fair for me to have to fight for something that I paid for. to charge back my bank in order to get double crossed in the end. I spoke with the supervisor whom I'm assuming was the lady who told me i was getting a refund.she then explains to me the same thing that normally they would refund but because I made a large order that they couldn't. I don't know what kind of excuse that is but STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IN ORDER TO AVOID ALL ISSUES. I'm now awaiting on.a phone call that I highly doubt I will receive from a company who robs the customer if any error is made. AGAIN STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES & GO ELSEWHERE
