No customer service - "computer says no" attitude. Rude and unhelpful. Was delivered a faulty wine fridge, 6 months later still can't repair/exchange or return it.

Their prices might be cheap, but forget about warranty or complaints, they just want to sell as much as they can and do not bother giving a good post-sale assistance. Avoid at all costs

Attractive website due to the constant promotions and discount codes available, even though the prices are a bit high for some articles.
Had a delay with a purchase and the customer service responded very positively and helped me to find a solution.

I don't normally write reviews because of the time factor but had to for this one, especially as it is owned by a large company like the Coop.
I ordered a returned product for a reduced price as advertised on topten.ch and paid for it online in advance.
A confirmation of the order and payment was made and even a message that it's on it's way:

Later in the day I was informed per mail again that the offer was not available and was redirected to another one at the normal price.
After checking topten again I found the same product for CHF 232.10 more, but advertised as an " Ausstellungsstück" this time.
I was contacted afterwards by phone and informed that the 2 Dishwashers are separate offers and both are no longer available.
My payment was to be refunded.
Best keep away from them as their business practices are not customer friendly at all.

The milkfoamer I bought arrived broken, a third of the bottom casing was broken off.
They first told me that I had to take it to the post office amd fill in insurance claims. But as they have delivered it, this is their responsibility.
I had to argue about this, and only when I stated my statutory customer rights (tjey are legally obliged to replace faulty goods or refund) did they change their tune.
But even then, once they had collected the broken article, even though it arrived back at their company the next day, it was a week before they sent a replacement.
A lot of arguing and trouble for the customer does not lead to customer satisfaction.
Do they know that amazon simply replaces broken goods immediately without argument? That is what is called customer service.
