Worse piece of garbage ever. As other have stated many times - Dino Provenzano the owner of the company is the most immature human I have ever dealt with.
Anytime the box went down his response was to do a factory reset and reinstall. Which happened all the time. We hadn’t used our box for about 6 months and it of course went down, so did factory reset and then it just died. Contacted Dino and asked how to fix it. He claimed that we hadn’t updated the box in a year in a half (false) and that we now needed to but his new version N6 for $199.
When we refused and asked why doing what he instructed broke it that I now need to upgrade he did like everyone else states and started with insults and childish behavior.
I will do everything in my power to now tell anyone I know about how horrible these are, and report Dino to every authority I know and hopefully get this scumbag shut down before others get duped by him.

I own (2) Netmaster Boxes, I have a Gen 5 and N6 all seem to work great. Only one thing is I do wish the updates would happen more often and they would have a facebook page so you could ask or let some of the programmers or tech support you are having an issue with updates or certain areas of the programming! Other than that the boxes have been great! So those who are bashing them I think you need to contact the right persons to help resolve the issues! If they don't know what is happening they can not fix it. Hey this is far better than paying for cable or satellite! I do wish the older boxes where updated more often though!

This is a piece of junk..I always hold my. Death and cross my fingers when I want to use it.....I’m always disappointed. Trying to update to 1.6. version...been up.loading for and hour...I’ve done all the updates...factory resets and everything it says to do . Save your money.

The box works u just have to be willing to learn how the box works ... anyone on here who says the box doesn’t work are literally just lazy cause it does take time to understand how to work the box ... I don’t even use it that often cause I use a firestick but whenever I need the netmaster I plug it in and it works every single time

The model you have was discontinued 2 plus years ago. You sent me message after message with zero understanding in which you didn’t perform a mandatory update a year and a half ago. You’ve used the box for quite some time. What we you watched on it is on you. Report yourself to the authorities for watching what we you watched. Your friend who sold you the box is my personal friend. He’s awesome. Him and I talk all the time. You weren’t promised anything at all. There are zero guarantees. When the box works, it’s pretty cool. Which is about 60% of the time. It stops working for weeks at a time. That’s when the owner starts attacking his own customers. Dino, the owner, is a tiny, pathetic little boy. I have never encountered a more thin skinned, fragile little infant. He’s hateful and as soon as he gets your money, he belittles his own paying customers if they have any questions or complaints of any kind. He blows his own horn so much you can tell how insecure he is. Then he invokes god to make his long self serving diatribes that much more cringeworthy. But recently he decided he should blow his horn with a shirtless video during a weeks long stretch where nothing worked and he had a tantrum about getting questioned. That’s who he is. He’s pure evil to mask deep weakness and I don’t think you should ever give him a dime.

The box worked great up until about four months ago. It would freeze up, fast foward or not play at all. This box is nothing but a problem. These things also happen while something is playing. Just like it's doing now. We tried asking for help but instead of help from the Facebook page and through email the person was a punk, rude as can be and unprofessional. We talked to others and they say they have the same problems having to factory reset everytime. If you don't want any problems with this box then DONT get this box. Netmaster was a waste of money.

The positive reviews are FAKE. You can see they are all posted within a 1 or 2 day timeframe, usually because the owner, Dino, has some sort of contest for a free netmaster if you leave a positive review. This is the worst piece of equipment I have ever purchased. I honestly don't understand how they continue to be sold. I have the fastest internet available, fiber 1 gig (1000 mbps), and the netmaster is still terrible. Other than a "forum" there isnt any information on where to go if there is any kind of technical issue. The only person you can reach out to is Dino, the owner, and thats only to email him if you want to sell more of these piece of garbage boxes to your friends and family. If you arent interested in selling more of the boxes you will be told how stupid you are for not understanding why this garbage box doesnt work. His response will say something like "for a small inconvenience at times, its worth it for all this free TV!" The problem is the box never works, I've spent at least 25-30 hrs resetting and rebooting and following all the advice on the forum and the box doesnt work. Dino could care less about giving free TV to everyone, he only cares about money. Save your money and buy a jail broken firestick.

I like the box, however as others have stated their customer service is terrible. The tone of Dino's responses here exemplify the rudeness of he and those employed by the company. They are quickly frustrated by basic questions and if you don't understand their response they react like spoiled children asked to pause a video game to do their chores. To speak to someone you have to do so via facebook messenger which sucks for those who prefer to avoid social media, then when they respond it's to the effect of "Well if you read the forum, the information is there" or something to that affect. I'm sure there will be a snappy reply from Dino to this review. Ideally, they would take the constructive criticism and improve their service, but they'd rather retaliate to any less than positive feedback.

I got a netmaster it's a pile of junk. It doesn't work 99.99% of the time. Doesn't load tv show or movie hardly any of the show we watch without having to fight with it. How it got Kodi and will not go to nothing. No show or movie nothing but Kodi screen is all we get. If you get one return it don't open it sending it back and get your money back before the 14 days go by or you will not get your money back. There is only 14 days to return it not 30 days. Don't let them tell you to try to work with it for a while. Their trying to keep your money. And no one will give you help with it. They will send you a 2 page booklet on how to work it. Without no details about It or how to make it work. So keep your money and use it for something else better than this piece of junk. Cause I lost my money on it and I wouldn't want not one else to lose their money on it.

I really like my Netmaster I own (2) have one of the Gen 5 boxes and The N6 and both are great! One Thing I Want to see is more updates on the older boxes! Other than that they are worth every penny! I no longer have to pay high cable bills or satellite bills. I like them so much I even promote them now! Anyone that says they are bad does not realise how nice they really are! No Problems here I highly recommend them. So far I have a site to sell them and are starting to to get friends to buy them from me. I dumped my firestick it was horrible!

I have 3 of the netmaster boxes, one of which is 4G. This box streams any program that is being currently streamed. I have read where people have difficutly with the product and since I test hardware and software for a living I can understand why some are hesitant. Here is the thing to remember. If you are streaming a movie or tv show that is not live you are streaming from a source that is typically someone's PLEX server, or someone that has downloaded off places like Pirate Bay or ETTV using P2P. If you are streaming networks, or PPV or any live shows you are getting their feed that someone is opening up on their end using a private VPN. I used this box when I go camping, stay in a hotel. It even works using my mobile phone's wireless. However, you do need to be a little tech savvy to get it to work flawless. It is not Plug n Play, it requires downloading the updates and a few tricks to keep it working. The box does work it just takes some technical know how to know how the software and streaming actually works.

I even told you before you leave your review to make sure you tell the truth in how you conducted yourself before I responded to your abuse. Yes, it was an all out attack of abuse and beyond rude.
The content isn’t stolen. You loved your box for 3 years. You received more value for the money you spent than any other product you’ve ever owned. What ever you do..Run as far as you can from this product. I think most of the content is stolen from a master program, and when it goes down or you need help...you won't get it because the owner is incompetent to the structure of the program. Don't buy it, don't test it,...buy your stream box from a reliable source. I would like to bring charges against this owner and his company for threatening me and verbally insulting me.Just for asking for help when the NetMaster box went down. But after reading the company reviews..it all leaves a lot to be desired.

Rarely plays a movie through. Hardly any movie that comes up on the servers will play. Try to play 12....maybe and I mean maybe it will play 2. Although it may only play one movie all the way through. I have 100 GIG through Spectrum. What does that mean....it means that the Netmaster is crap. Crap with a capitol C. Seriously, you have to belong to FB to communicate with this third, oh, I mean fourth rate company . This is a poorly run company. I want my money back! I probably won't get it though. Usually dishonest companies will never give your money back. NETMASTER IS GARBAGE !!!! DON'T BUY IT!!! IF YOU WANT TO BUY A SIMILAR SERVICE TRY TO FIND A REAL COMPANY. NOT A FB RUN COMPANY. Buyers beware Netmaster is overpriced and the technical support is poor the staff is rude and impatient unless your buying there product. Would you want to buy Netmaster box from company that the owner has to take court appointed anger management classes?? Most of the Netmaster positive reviews are fake look at the timeline there all from the same month and year even the same day. The owner of the company had Free Netmaster box raffle on his Facebook support page to anyone that left positive trustpilot review to leverage the negative reviews. Also the owner had raffle off free Netmaster for likes on his Facebook support page. Netmaster has to offer free gifts to leave likes and positive reviews why would number 1 self acclaimed company have to perform unethical practices?? Netmaster even removed there name brand logo to deceive new customers. Netmaster constantly gives you problems you need to clear updater reinstall updater then you loose all your saved content.There are much better Stream box option that are cheaper that have full Auto update features that Netmaster is lacking. The owner claims to have the best box out there then why does he take advantage of his customers and make them pay for updates when he has the ability to push firmware updates for free??My opinion NETMASTER IS BIG FRAUD LOOKING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THERE HARD WORKING CUSTOMERS MONEY BUYERS BEWARE 👎

Here’s the problem Chris. You don’t have to reach out to us on FB messenger. It’s the people who do way after business hours who get an effective and quick response. Yes, if you read our forum it’ll answer any and all questions. I guess it’s too difficult for you to do so and you’d rather come on here spewing nonsense like the few others here. We have an email address to help with support but people like you would rather message us at all hours of the night on our personal FB accounts. Just because you know someone who owns a company doesn’t give you the right to ask them a question via text or personal FB all hours of the night. I mean get real. Your review is pathetic. Great product horrible service. How about great product and impeccable service to those who email us and or simply ask a question between normal business hours. I’ve had netmaster for probably 3 years now I think. It was a rough start out since the people I bought my first 1 from was a douche I can’t even remember his name. Then I got ahold of Dino and Aaron I talk to them personally and every time I’ve had an issue they have responded actually right on the dot, I kinda go between both of them most of the time it takes a minute but I figure it out myself playing with it (that’s part of the fun) explore it!! My only issue is seriously my house is built with tinfoil in the walls it seems cause when we take it anywhere else it works perfect just from using my phone connection. I have 3 boxes we use 2 of them I have my friend the first 1 I bought (n2) until they come up $$ to get a better but it keeps the kids entertained. As for customer service and answering questions don’t be a jerk and you won’t get a jerk response these guys work 24/7 busting there butts keeping this going and I greatly appreciate everything!!!
