They are hacking peoples accounts and modify the reviews. Diana a did not have a pleasant experience. I, her daughter was ripped off the dress of my dreams! The dress was delivered 2 days after my prom. This $#*! will not give up her business. Her shop is gone and she is illegally selling designers!!!!! They do not have this foreign $#*! listed as their carrier. She stole 200$ and kept my dress. This woman is a hanas $#*!!

First off! Anybody who has a bad comment about this site has had the same issue as I. It all comes down to this!!! LISTEN CUSTOMERS AND NETFASHIONAVENUE!!! Customers do not go on any site and order if their site says in their policy "it is the customers responsibility to check for availability". Most of the dress sites have this on their website. I have a problem with the fact that it is not stated on their website. And the dress I ordered was on special order and I didn't even recieve an email telling me it was. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE AT ALL.
NET FASHION CHANGE YOUR POLICY AND HOW YOU RUN BUSINESS OR YOU WILL CONTINUE TO RECEIVE BAD REVIEWS!!!

""""""TERRIBLE""""They did rip me off!!!!!! I ordered online a dress which i got but it was the old version from the year before and not just that the straps was missing and the dress was used already. I ask for the money back but they don't have the MONEY BACK option. What is true you can read it on the web side.
NetfashionAvenue does not even give the money back when it was their fault packing the old version and sending it to me. YOU HAVE TO PAY THE RETURN POSTAGE in this case.
But NetfashionAvenue did give me at least the option to chose a new dress....hahahah!!!!
Anyway I was at least getting another dress which I didn't need anymore because my sister got already married.
So I chose a dress but the company never send me one.
1 Year later they are claiming they didn't get the package.... but initially they confirmed the receive of my package per email, post etc.
One year later I still have to proof to the Consumer Complain in the USA everything....Thanks god it is clear they are lying :))))) GUYS DONT ORDER FROM THEM ITS NOT WORTH IT
I DID SPEND 998 US DOLLARS AND STILL DONT HAVE IT BACK!!!!!!! AND THEY WILL REPLY TO YOU JUST IF IT'S IN THEIR FAVOUR. . . I STILL HAVE NO WORDS FOR THIS BEHAVIOR

Avoid this store like the Plague!! You are better of buying from Norstrom, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales or any other store. These are the rudest. They have abusive practices. I tried to cancel my order wiithin 24 hours and they claimned once "you clik" the money is theirs. Unheard from a company to bill your Credit Card prior Shipping. This is illegal in most internet places and they have to be stopped. I will personally take it to the BBB and the FTC. These are illegal practices-and as such should be put out of business

Rude, Rude and Rude. My daughter came into your Blue Springs, MO store with money to purchase a prom dress and the lady running it was extremely rude and looked like she just crawled out of bed and her child ran around the store with dirty clothes on and was barefoot. My daughter asked to try on a dress and was told she could not without a parent or guardian. I tried to phone your rude store and of course no one answers. I'm glad my daughter did not give you her money to purchase a dress with as I see you are no longer accredited with the Better Business Bureau either due to your lack of professionalism and scamming incidents. BUYERS BEWARE and stay far away from this scamming place.

SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE My mother in law ordered aTony Bowls dress 114C11 ($3990) for our wedding. The agreement was sent with tracking # and details which stated " shipment Feb 2" (dress would take 12-16 weeks) Also, you offered her a free pair of KATE nude shoes. The Tony Bowls dress didn't arrive on time. Discouraged and utterly heartbroken, She then had to go to a tailor and have something made within 2 weeks of her sons wedding.
Finally her dress supposedly arrived and when she opened the package it was the wrong dress and worth $500. When in fact the dress that she paid for was worth $3990, oh and didn't even send the shoes. THIEVES!!! She has called numerous times, u don't answer the phone, u don't answer emails and when we go through paypal and complain we get a response 72 hrs later and u (net fashion avenue) say we sent the correct dress. Which is a bloody joke. It looks like a $2 dress. We want the money back full refund. FULL REFUND ur service is horrible, ur dresses are crap. U made the mistake now fix it and offer some customer service.

Horrible experience, no customer service at all, phone calls go to voice messages, which I left and were unanswered. Live chat is unavailable most of the time, when it is available they wont answer you, and in the remote case they do, they wont resolve your issues.
Emails unanswered. Stay away, its has been an awful experience, I dont have my dress and I ordered it over 20 days ago. Please dont make the same mistake I did, stay away

And she she tells me available they made 2 transaction with my cd worth 6000$ the return 2500$ only so they toke 3500$ for dresses that didn't receive yet and they don't answer the phone or emails or online chat Now 6 month since I replaced my order

I have seen a lot of negative reviews, but don't believe them! I haven't had experience on the website, but I have shopped at the store in Blue Springs, MO and they are awesome! They are so friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make your experience a positive one! They offer very affordable dresses as well as the higher name brand dresses. I took my daughter and a group of her friends there for their Homecoming dresses and they all came out with beautiful selections. I would recommend this store to anyone!

SCAMMERS. My daughter bought a homecoming dress from this site. She tried to call them to discuss its arrival date. They would not answer the phone. She read some of the reviews here (too late) and became worried. We called our credit card company. This website had tried to make several charges on our account, all fraudulent. DO NOT BE TAKEN IN, THIS WEBSITE IS A SHAM.

The worst experience of my life. I ordered a dress online on Sep. 23 . Never received the dress. I tried to call, email and chat to get a refund, it's almost impossible to get someone. Finally,after a month (now we are on Oct.21) on the chat I was told that I was refunded. Has been 5 business days since the "refund" and nothing shows on my credit card statement. Called the credit card company, they didn't see anything either so, I started a dispute.
They are very rude. I will never, ever use this site again even if they are giving dresses for free.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Very unprofessional. I spoke to a lady Michelle from their store who assured me the dress I wanted was in stock and to order it online. I got an automatic email confirming my order on a Monday at 5. By Thursday I decide to email and call to get tracking info but get no response.
They put me several times on hold for at least a half hour and then sent me finally to voicemail after I waited that long to speak to somebody.
Nobody to talk to!! Finally Friday, I get an email telling me my order was canceled per MY REQUEST !!
I sent urgent voicemail emails and even got through to someone explaining I didn't want to cancel the order . I asked for the order to get reinstated which Michelle claims will be done 72 hours later. (Their turn around time). Apparently it didn't matter that I had already waited 5 days I had to wait an additional 72 hours. I did and again no response no way of getting thru neither by email or phone..
After 3 days I called 10 times finally Michelle tells me management didn't authorize the order???!!
Since the dress I wanted was discontinued they were my only chance of getting it. So I'm told to place the order online and about 2 hours later I get an email stating my order was canceled with no explanation as to why!!!
They have no respect for people. They don't seem to care about spoiling your big day.
They might be ok in the store from what I read but ABSOLUTELY NOT by mail.
Save yourself time and aggravation.

We have used Net Fashion Avenue in Blue Springs for 2 years now for my daughter's homecoming dresses. We absolutely love the selection and the customer service!! Last year we shopped all over town before finally finding a dress at Net Fashion Avenue. This year, we didn't waste our time going anywhere else. My daughter absolutely loves the fact that they do not offer the same dress in every size and that she can go to the dance knowing that there won't be a bunch of other girls wearing the same dress! I would recommend Net Fashion Avenue to anyone looking for quality dresses at a reasonable prices.

I have been to NFA probably 20 times and have referred several people to them. Every time we have been in that shop we have been treated with the utmost respect and kindness...The quality of merchandise is top notch! Karen's eye for fashion is REMARKABLE! I would recommend this shop to anyone without a doubt.

DO NOT ORDER FROM NET FASHION AVENUE!
Until now my experience with net fashion avenue has been horrible! They do not answer any phone call, and they do not reply to any of the emails. I barely catch them on live chat and when i do they are not helpful and make fake promises. before ordering my dress they agreed to dispatch it by 20 Nov 2013. Order is still processing until now.. and they keep telling me it will be shipped next day, and it never does. I paid around 1000 $ for this dress and looks like i will never receive the dress and they do not accept refunds !!! unfortunately I read the previous reviews a little too late... my wear date is approaching and i need to find another dress :(. Im doing my best to contact the designers to file a complaint about this reseller.
