I have booked a trip to Tenerife, once we've got there , to the hotel we found out that the restaurant was in rénovation, the hotel setup a temporary hotel which quality was very poor. We took contact with Neckermann straight away and they have proposed us to change to another hotel, but surprise!!! We would have you pay cancellation fee, administration fee , which would end up of 30% more the total amount. That is ridiculous.

Booked a stay at Golden 5 Al Mas resort 5 star hotel. Got sent to Crystal Beach Resort (same place, but another hotel at a supposedly big resort area). Apparently the Golden 5 Al Mas had been closed for 5-6 years.... About 4/5 og the hotels resorts area had been closed and looked like a ghost town. The pictured features when looking at the hotel before booking, where very different in reality and not for the better.
Neckermann also made a "mistake" in the booking to the hotel. In my booking we were 3 adults and 1 child, but they informed the hotel that we supposedly was 1 adult and 3 children. When booking all-inclusive there is off course af price difference. We sat at the hotel after arrival for almost 6 hours because the hotel wouldn't give us our room unless we payed a deposit of 100 euro PER NIGHT until the booking was sorted out. It took Neckermann 3 days to fix the mistake and me a ekstra phone bill of 310 euro and 20 euro in bank fees... And completely ruined our first 4-5 days. After that we had to fight with the hotel to fix the AC, on day 6 we ended up having to repack everything and change rooms.
The pools water was unclear, found cigarets, cotton, paper, tiles from the pool and all other fun things in the pool. Never had a bladder infection before, but got one because of the pool water. Booked with direct beach access, but it took about 10 minuts walk to get there and the sports activities at the beach as advertised was nowhere to be found...
The water park that was connected/included to the hotel had less than half their slides open, the wave pool didn't work and there was something wrong with the water, our bathing suits got ruined discolored beyond repair.
The food was the same EVERY day and food from previous day got reused. It supposedly had 2 restaurants but they served absolutely the same food, just a smaller selection in on of them .
The rooms and common areas was dirty. They had carpets (not wall to wall) a lot of places and they were VERY dirty and sticky, only cleaned with a broom. We found dirt and garbage under the beds, in the desk and behind the toilet. Our second room had no shower curtain and the drain overflowed every time we took a shower.
I could go on and on and on....
Just stay away from this hotel and be sure to double check your booking and reviews befor booking with Neckermann. The hotel said that it wasn't the first time Neckermann had "mixed" up the booking to them as regarding to the ages.

Me and mu husband book a trip to Marroco via Neckerman and on december the 13th I made a phonecall to an operator from Neckerman asking if we can go to Marroco with our ID and not with our traveling passport; The girl in the phone says that is ok to go to Marroco with our ID, so when yesterday, Sunday the 13 of January of 2019 we went to the check in the airport the emploee told us we can'n board the plain withut our traveling passport; So we cant not take the plane . It was Sunday, 4.3a0 am, not Neckerman office at the airport and nothing to do it us; We made few phone call and the operator told us there is nothng they can do. So today ; monday 14 we continued doing ore phonecall just to realized that we lost our money because it was our fault for not to have our traveling passport with us. Yes, I know, my mistake, but the thing is Neckerman operator are there to help us and I trust girl in the phone that sayd is ok to travel with my normal Belgium ID, and today other operator says there is not registration at all that I made that phone call when is registrate in my phone;;; I tld then, How can I go to the airport knowing that my paper are not in order? My questin here, If I will ge some recompensatiin because I dnt want t believe that we lost 851 eurs just like that! I am a custmer, is nt the fisrt time I go on hllyday with Neckerman, yu suppst t help us and nt t say, sorry it was your fault we have nothing t do! I knw we shuld read the information online and also in our ticket, but we felt confident with that person that tld me on the phone that w can use our ID t travel; Nw we are here,at home, making a lot of phone call and everyone is saying, sorry there is nothing we can d and also the 40 euros that we paid for the ensure for anulation did not cver anulation for not having traveling pastport! So my questin here is , do we lost our money? there is nt other way fr you t help us?

Bad, really bad, always booked here, never never again.
Been busy booking a holiday since 9 PM.
Got a message saying 'thanks for your booking' never a email. Started to contact them straight away, but didn't came through.
When I finally spoke to a coworker they started naming a price 600€ above the one on internet. After that was solved they said they were going to book it for me, took ages
And it ended with a message; im sorry our prices are flex and its changed to + 200€ now.
Can't book you in for the old price anymore.
I get that the prices are flexible and they change but I took 4 hours to book a holiday which we thought succeeded.
We will never book here again, we are very sad about this. We are being punished because a bug in the site.

The vacation was ok but Neckermann spams us with tons of unwanted emails and sms including commercial 3rd party ones. Spammers!
In response to the Neckermann's feedback: I did NOT subscribe to your SPAM. You shouldn't even start bothring your customer who paid your salary.

User friendly and easy to use website. I could find all the informations I needed. But they changed the times of our flight the last minute before leaving without warning use. This never happens with Arke or Dreizen. The personn I got in the call center did not even want te help me. A nice lady of Dreizen helped us better. Never again Nekermann.
