I was trying to purchase a policy from this firm and I have never experienced such aggressive and rude mannerisms from a sales team.
Working in investment banking which is a cutthroat industry I experience the most egotistical of people, but even they have higher levels of professionalism.
I was particularly stunned as I was trying to part with money to purchase a service off them.
After 5 phone calls both from myself and my wife I finally spoke to a sales manager who was flippant and abrupt in her approach. Maybe that works for people in Stockport who work on a Sunday league football team but stunned the FCA have authorised this firm.
Assuming call centre office is quite small as wait times can be lengthy too.
Working in banking my time is pressed and having to ring their office over 5 times to purchase one policy I was quoted on gocompare should be simple but it was not.

AXA (who charged £29 a month) walked away from its lifetime cover promise/policy and handed the policy to NCI, who immediately increased the premium to £130 a month and now our dog is over 10 yrs NCI now refuse to pay an additional 15% of any claim, on top of us paying a £103 excess annually, on top of the £130 a month. I am not very good a sums but even I know who is robbing who. Our dog has an on-going condition so we are, unfortunately, tied.
