I sent my daughters tablet to this company to be repaired. When I initially contacted them, they couldn't help me enough. Steve Goossens, the owner, phoned and left a message offering his assistants. I received instant replies on their live chat from June Cousins and everything was very good right up to when I paid. They told me I had to pay upfront as they were sending a courier to collect the tablet. I wanted to pay via paypal, but this wasn't an option and I agreed ( after much reassurance from June) that this was a safe option. I took a day off work but the courier didn't arrive till the evening, which was just a bit of annoyance really. But when I asked for a number to try and establish where the courier might be, they wouldn't tell me and just said he may be a late as 9pm. That was on the 1 October. On the 5th I received a message saying they had my tablet and since then nothing. I emailed on the 14th, simply saying " Hi there, can you please give me an update on my daughters tablet". I have sent numerous emails, left voice messages and when I have asked for an update on their live chat on their website, they simply switch off. I have been in contact with the Trading Standards. I have sent a letter, recorded, which they have signed for and still nothing. I have email via Facebook and I even put a polite comment under one of their post on their FB page, apologising for the form of communication, but I just want my daughters tablet back. They deleted the post and have blocked me from posting any further comments. My daughter is gutted - she bought that tablet with her birthday money last April. I have to simply do as trading standards say , but in the meantime do not use them. Their intentions do not seem to be honourable. They know the tablet belongs to a little girl who is 8 and still they don't care, which is so wicked.
