Not paying Vendors that did work on bank owned properties
All the work we did in November and December has not been paid - They owe us over $24,000 and have completely stopped communications

I have worked for the company since 11/06/17. I was told that my first payment would go out in 60 days. Since then I have sent emails, called and all I keep getting is that someone is looking into the matter and will get back with me. My company is owed over $605.00 for work completed.

intentionally hire for jobs knowing the filed for bankruptcy
I have been doing jobs for them since Dec.8. They kept asking for my company to take jobs up till jan 17 when I was supposed to be expecting my payment, instead I got a letter informing me that they terminated their relationship with company that pays them on Dec. 1st....... Before they started asking me to take jobs. Point is they cant pay because they terminated their relationship with client that pays them, before they solicited me for work knowing they no longer had a financial contract. Now they just don't answer my emails or calls. Heard they are filing for bankruptcy! Snakes

Not paying contractors for work completed
This company is giving field contractors for Fannie Mae and other companies and they are not paying the contractors the monies owed. We have sent several emails and made several calls trying to get paid and they keep ignoring and not willing to help. They owe us over $40,000.00

NFN NOW L.L.C. Scamming field Contractors
In late 2013, I had attempted to provide services for this company. After spending time and money to comply with all requirements, we were expecting work as we were promised. During the paperwork period, we were required to provide our personal information for a background check. After this period, we did not hear back from NFN NOW L.L.C. nor did we receive assignments we were promised. However, our credit reports were hit and hit hard. We attempted to contact company. The company did not return our calls regardless of our demands. This company cannot be trusted and should not be providing services to national banks. We ar enot even sure if they are providing services or it's only a scam to make the Contractors believe they have work just to get the personal information. Business is being reported to FTC for bad business practices.

Ill-Respect to Contractor and Non-Payment for Services rendered
When a Contractor signs an agreement to perform services and expects payment in 30 days, that's the agreement. If the company fails to pay 30 days net, then they start losing Contractors and respect. Two separate Contractors, we had to wait 90 days to get a check.
When talking to Kathryn or Christy, they chose to express impatience-ness and only want to hear when the assignment will be completed. When they are emailed asking for our checks, we get no response in return. Thus far, we have complained to NCAA at www.nationalfraudalerts.com who published our complaint. We are still waiting to be paid.
We will also start filing liens on these properties to get paid for services rendered.
Another important factor, NFN NOW does not want to take on Regional Contractors, they want small one man shows. This way it opens the door for further abuse and backs the one man show into a corner with now way out other than accepting the demands on NFN NOW.
