I sent back 2 items and they never refunded me. When I inquired several times they just kept sending me the confirmation code. I sent them proof that I was never refunded and they kept sending me the confirmation code until they told me to deal with it through my bank. They stole 66$ from me.

I received a faulty dress. Matt was quick to respond and help me get a refund. I wanted to exchange it so I wouldn’t have to pay for shipping again, but I found out that wasn’t possible. However, Lau went above and beyond, quickly responding and helping me cover the cost. Thank you!

Shocking service you pay for next day delivery and get charged 5.99 still not here its companys like yourself that put people off and always come up with some petty excuse. Avoid if not wanting disappointment. Wont be shopping again

When the postal service failed to help me with my “lost package” customer service was able to tell me that the package had been returned to them. They helped to check if the same items were still in stock and re-processed my order. Quick and helpful responses!

Honestly so great, ordered some clothes which came quick and were perfect. Unfortunately one dress I ordered arrived damaged but they were so good and got back to my emails straight away issuing a refund. Would 100% reccomend the clothes and so impressed by the customer service!
