The same parent company runs Sammy Dress, DressLily, Nasty Dress, and TrendsGal just to name a few. All of these companies have the same type of customer complaints. Shenzhen Global Egrow E-Commerce Company is known to steal images from higher quality manufacturers for use on its own sites so that really cute outfit you think you’re buying is a fake and grossly disappointing if you’re one of the customers that actually receives their order. If you do a search for “domains tied to globalEgrow” you’ll find a long list of sellers who regularly pop up all offering discounted popular fashions.
Please know that some of these sites offer incentives for giving 5 star reviews.
In preparing for a surprise trip for a loved one I purchased a lot of fun and trendy outfits. I have yet to see then and it’s been well over a month. Even though I paid for having them shipped ASAP I still planned extra time to get here...but never expected for the items to never show and no response to my emails. Not knowing what else to do I opened a PayPal dispute. Got some attention then. I was told by each of the sites this company runs the exact same thing...it’s shipped, please wait, it’s international and the holiday season and you must wait. I waited an extra week and nothing came. To this day nothing has arrived. I doubt it was ever shipped because none of the “tracking” numbers given exist.
If you used PayPal please please please open a dispute. Money is the only language these shady scammers understand so when you file a dispute it means PayPal can refund you in full if they decide in your favor. Considering the insanely fast turn around time for my escalated dispute to be resolved one can only think that Shenzhen Global Egrow E-Commerce is frequently reported.
Lesson learned. I was actually surprised because I see this company listing on eBay and Amazon and they don’t have bad reviews. Because of offers directly on the site I thought I could save money buying direct. Maybe it’s because reviews are so important on the selling platforms that they’re willing to follow through on orders in order to be able to continue to sell. With direct purchasing there are no rules to keep them in check and it’s an odds game to them. Statistically speaking the odds are in their favor that only a few truly ticked off people will bother to pursue refunds and write bad reviews.

Bathing suit in picture was beautiful a red white and blue number,but a baggy sack was sent in mail.the red was actually orange colored not very patriotic, but it's from China I found out.

This is probably the worst online company. This company does not pay for the collaboration with influencers, they have the worst quality of products. Their customer service is the worst in the history of online boutiques, who will ever order from this site? Not recommended!

After many years of online shipping nightmares, I found NastyDress - I have made several orders and they all arrived without issues. The customer service tickets are always answered and they help with any questions I have had so far. I like that there are actual pictures of real people wearing the items which are being sold, this helps me to see what the item is and how it fits. Good Job NastyDress for running a decent site.!

Nasty dress is one of the worst websites I have had an encounter with. I had ordered two dresses then cancelled my order with one of their customer service people and yet they still took my money and have not given it back!! THEY STOLE MY MONEY. They have terrible customer service they repeat the same questions to you and are hard to get a hold of. Do not order from this website.

I had a wonderful experience with Nasty Dress and I will recommend this site to anyone in the future. The shipping time was fast, the customer service was great and the product was as described. The blouse was nicely constructed and the fit was precise.

The Worst shopping site i tried.
I bought 7 swimweares and i should receive in 5 days.
I received only 6 after 2 weeks and 4 of them were broken.
I paid 80€ and 65€ of them are useless.
I really suggest dont buy anything on this site. Its like a fraud and you cant do anything because
they are somewhere in asia and you cant do anything once you paid.

I've had a lot of customer service experience and I've never been so satisfied. This is a company that wants to please and that's rare to find

I ordered an item from this company back in Jan '17. A month later I contacted them through their ticketing system enquiring after its whereabouts and was told "it's been shipped, be patient". Next month contacted them again and was told its been shipped, here's the tracking number. I forgot about it then 'til the other night I was deleting emails from my system and came across the reply with the tracking number. Decided to track it and it seems it flew all the way from China to the UK, went around several postal depots, one of which is less than half a mile from me and back to Heathrow for a flight back to China.
I contacted the company again through their ticketing system and enclosed the tracking information requesting that they either fill the order or make a refund.
Their reply astounded me: We have your item back in our warehouse as there was a shipping problem that was not our fault. We can not make a refund as we have already paid the shipping costs but we can reship the item if you are prepared to pay the shipping costs. Let us know.
Well Gill @ nastydress I'll let you know through here. I'm going to claim my refund through my credit card(a full refund) then I am going to publish your laughable replies through your ticketing system (already downloaded) on my youtube channel (currently 780,000) subscribers. I will also copy this review on every review page your company is on.

My item that I have order has not even been shipped! Its been two weeks, they sent me an email saying it has been shipped, I called there shipper witch is DHL and they told me they are still waiting on the item to come to there center. This is ridiculous.....poor customer service, I just want my item or a FULL refund! I will never order from these people again....and here is the worst part, where my item is coming from is in Cali and I live in Cali! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR ITEM AS YOU SEE PLENTY MORE REVIEWS HAVE SAID! Very upset!

The items were good, matched with my expectation and I love it although the shipping time for delivering package still long based on destination country. I can't tell you what the product looks or feels like because I've never seen it. You see, I live overseas and ordered the garment well in advance of my mother's visit and paid the extra shipping for a guaranteed date of delivery before she left the states.
Three days before delivery the status was still "processing". When I reached out to NastyDress they told me there was nothing they could do. I told them to cancel the order. A few days later they shipped anyway. So my garment in the middle of Arkansas and I'm in the Middle East with nothing.

I ordered 2 shirts from them. I waited for the items for the 45 days and they never came. Then I messaged them and they said that they were out of stock on them and that I could choose something else in it's place. But that never came. They said that they would put my full money amount in there points and never did. I have to say that this company is a big SCAM. They never do what they say and you never get your items.

when i read all the bad reviews around here i was scaried because i made an order from nastydress. But i was really surprised. The customer care is very good (they answer me fast), the delivery time is very good compared to other chinese sites (i choose priority mail with free) and the quality is really good for the price you pay. I buyed 3 shirts and 1 coat and the only thing is that i ordered 2 size more than my size and that is too maybe but no problem because you can adjuste. The only thing that i can consider bad is that the prices are too high sometimes and when you add other costs for insurance and other thinghs, it makes more bad.

After the 2 month period awaiting my shirt, I finally persuaded them that it had not arrived and this was unacceptable but was informed that as I had not taken out insurance at the time of purchase and they say they had dispatched it, that my issue was with the shipping company, not them. However, after lengthy correspondence I was offered and accepted a full refund and if the item should, eventually arrive, I could keep it as a gift.

Live Chat is always offline, phone goes to a full mailbox, no email to contact. I placed my order in plenty of time for Christmas and paid for expedited shipping. Now I see that one item has not been shipped at all. It is very unfortunate that the clothes are very cute but, you cannot count on getting your items in a timely manner. The items that did ship have been touring the USA for 9 days!
I am very unhappy with this one and only order that I will ever place with them. I feel like I have just given my money away!

The photos you see on the website are different from the clothes you receive at home. Don't buy anything from them and save your money.

I have ordered a mermaid blanket from them back in october, they keep giving me one story after the other, why it haven't been delievered yet to my address, they can't be taken serious in any way at all.
They don't reply my complaints on their terrible website anymore..
My luck is i paid with paypal, then i have 6 months full refund from paypal, i will ask paypal to set that in motion from next week..
Then you send me yet another of your standard script reply and the same in here in trustpilot, yes shipping time can be different, when i ordered the product i was promised 25 days delievery and then when i wrote you after 30 days you said product must be lost and you will send again, and said again 25 days, nothing happened and when i contact you again you said 60 days, and that is 4 months ago this 19.02.2017...
So the answer you give here below is BS, same i hear all the time from you, and i still don't get what i have paid for....
