Great service. Raphael was on time and very efficient. Liked the fact that I was able to select my time frame and get a phone call prior to arrival.

Nana.io was GREAT.
They came the same day I called, diagnosed the problem w/ my drying and fixed it for a a reasonable price.
I will definitely use them again.
Peace and blessings.

Professional, friendly repair person who explained benefits of cleaning and maintenance. Took a little time to order replacement parts, but once they arrived, the repair was completed quickly.

Update: I'm writing this update in response to Nana's reply to my review. I do not appreciate their efforts to try and discredit my review by pointing out that I have a followup appointment with them this weekend. I am going through my home warranty company to have the fridge fixed, and because they have a 30 day warranty on work performed they are sending Nana back out. I'm not happy about this at all, but if I want to use another company to fix the fridge, I have to open a new claim and pay the deductible again.
I originally tried to contact Nana directly and have them make things right, to give them a chance to fix things. I was forced to escalate back to my home warranty company because it was not resolved. Furthermore, Nana tried to bill me for the repairs they performed the first time around, even though they should be billing the warranty company instead.
Perhaps if they spent more time actually addressing and fixing problems instead of trolling Trustpilot, they wouldn't have such dismal reviews.
This place is so terrible I have no words. The tech claimed to have fixed the problem with my fridge, which was leaking and constantly filling the crisper bins with water. Shortly after he left we discovered the problem was not fixed. Two days of constantly calling them later and getting an appointment slot, they never showed up and claim I never responded to their appointment availability text. I’m frustrated and annoyed that I have spent three whole days away from work to resolve this issue and they haven’t fixed anything. Stay away as far as possible.

This company should be shut down. They are good at setting appointments, sending too many emails and charging credit cards for services NOT rendered. Aside from that they have no business being in business. After too many tries they came to my home, couldn't repair my washer because the repairman was incapable and charged me $117. Repeated calls and emails with no response, put on hold or disconnected 3 times this morning, now awaiting a call back.....I have no time or patience for this any longer. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARBAGE CAN OF A COMPANY- unless you're in need of extra frustration, annoyance and someone to steal your money. If that's the case you've come to the right company.
Val, a supervisor with Nana, returned my call and corrected the situation very well. She refunded my charge immediately and apologized for all of the mistakes and hassles created by other people in the company. SHE gets 5 Stars for sure- if only the rest of the company was as qualified as she.

This was the worst experience I've had with a service company in 50 years. They have charged me $270 for absolutely nothing. No quote. No repairs. No knowledge. Zero. Worst customer service EVER. They promise "100% Satisfaction". Ha! They are crooks that will steal your money and do nothing for it. Don't use them. They purport to be "experts in appliance repair" but they barely look at your appliance, spend maybe 10 minutes, claim it can't be fixed and charge you at least $90 for it. No diagnosis. No expertise. No appropriate tools. If you want to lose a bunch of time and money, sure, call this Nana. Incompetent crooks, imo.

Couldn’t fix my fridge, so they refunded me my money minus the service call. That was fair...

The repair man was great and very knowledgable about his craft. No Problems with stove thus far. But according to the property manager it was difficult to pay the bill amd talking and communicating with the office. They state that we will probably not be working with your company again. Sorry.

Horrible experience, no help at all. Waited 3 weeks for them to order a part, then no communication at all.
I had one of their service guys, Cal, come out to take a look at our Sub-Zero refrigerator. He was here 10 minutes and said we had bad condensers. He would need to order the parts. The next day he called and said he forgot to take a picture of the condensers and if I could please take pictures and text to him so he could see about the parts. I proceed to climb to the top of of the refrigerator, take the front of and take pictures to send him. Once I sent him the pictures I hear nothing. From then on, for the next week I am following up with him on a daily basis and the answer is always the same, they are still "looking" for the parts that I need. Luckily my refrigerator has not gone out completely so I am able to wait...
It has now been 3 weeks. I stopped following up with Cal a week ago. I called Nana.io back last week and they said they would have a manager call me back right away. I never heard from them! I now call this morning (Monday) and speak with Anna, who says I need to talk to their support department. She puts me on hold. As I wait on hold I log onto Google this company, find this site and write this review, all while still on hold. Been holding for about 20 minutes now. This is so ridiculous, I'm through with Nana.io. I will be looking for a new company. Even if they can't help me they should at least communicate!
UPDATE: As I submit this review I get an answer on the phone, they sent me to their "Support" voicemail box to leave a message after being on hold for 25 minutes. It says they will call back during normal business hours. It's 8:40AM on Monday morning, they open at 8AM. I guess they sleep in on Mondays.
UPDATE 2: I just received a text, after the phone call above telling me they can't get the part. Thanks for the text Nana! After 3 weeks of waiting and multiple follow up calls to you and your tech I get a text saying you don't have the part! I wish I would have know 2 weeks ago, what a waste of time!
Regarding REPLY FROM NANA.io- Thanks for your follow up Nana. I cannot reply directly to YOUR RESPONSE on this site so I am replying here, via post editing. You did charge my credit card $90 on August 15th for the initial 10 minute visit. Would be nice to have that refunded as nothing was done. Not sure why I was charged but just gave up after the last call and chalked the $90 up to a lesson learned.

They charged me over $200 more then they quoted me on the phone. No parts were needed. To diagnose a leaking hose and tighten a clamp on my washing machine cost $320. Ahh never again.

I notified our home warranty company Saturday morning 20 July 2019 that our washer is broke. They told me that NANA is assigned tol fix our washer. Immediately, i received a text message asking for my days of availability for them to come to our house. They asked for at least 2 days so i gave them. They texted me back asking for days the following week because they no technician on the days that i gave them. so i gave them 4 more days that i can be available. After giving them all the dates, they said they will contact me and let me know when the technician will show up. I have not received anything backfrom them so on Wednesday 24 July, so i decided to call them to find out the status. As soon as as they got my info, they told me that a technician will come on Tuesday 30 July. I wanted an earlier appointment but I'll wait so i can give them a business. So this morning 30 July, I called them up so I can give the technician instruction when he gets to our community and because other companies will send a reminder. Surprisingly, I was told that they have to reschedule my appointment and they will have to call me back to look for a technician. I decided i had enough and asked our home warranty to provide me another repair service company. So dissappointed on how NANA handled this especially i was being patient with them. If they were not able to fullfill because they dont have any technician to fix a whirpool washer then they should have declined me as a customer.

This was my first experience with Nana and I have already recommended to friends. The appointment was easy; response time fast; work efficient; and the service person outstanding in his explanation of the work and the job was outstanding and completed timely as promised. I felt the repair price was fair. Would definitely use this company again.

Think twice before contacting Nana for appliance repairs. We had a problem with our Maytag washing machine and called The Appliance repair service in Walnut Creek, which is really Nana Appliance Repair. We asked for a person who repairs Maytag washing machines. They sent our their repairman Edward, who apparently never worked on a Maytag Washer before. He had no idea what the problem was or what was needed to repair our washer. After a frustrating experience with the repairman, we called Nana the next morning to register a compliant and say we were not going pay the $90 service fee and was told how sorry they were for our problem and that their Manager would call us that day. I gave them not only my home phone number, but my cell phone as well.He never called!!

Had a horrible experience using Nana to fix a broken ice maker in our refrigerator of a place we had just bought. It was a Thermador refrigerator and I provided all the information required while booking the appointment, to ensure that they would send out someone familiar with the fridge. I chose to go with Nana because they promised they would be able to get someone in earlier than the Thermador authorized service companies.
What followed was 4 appointments that were a waste of my time. It is too bad because the repairman was a very friendly and amenable person---but he just had no clue what to do. The first appointment he spent a bunch of time trying to figure out how the icemaker was connected, calling his associate on the phone several times. He finally was able to figure it out and deemed that the icemaker was malfunctioning and needed to be replaced.
Seemed fair. The icemaker was ordered in and he was back to install it. He spent a bunch of time installing it, including putting the freezer door back on improperly so that it no longer closed. He was able to fix that. But the icemaker still did not work. He called me and told me to turn off the circuit to the fridge and turn it back on to trigger the boot up for the ice maker. It did not work.
He came back next time and this time decided that the water valve was not functioning. Apparently not getting power. He said it would need to be replaced. Ordered in another part and came back a fourth time. Installed the new valve and left, claiming that it was fixed. It was not fixed. Still no ice.
At this point, Nana decided that the work was "complete" and charged me my invoice amount of $500+. I responded and said the job was not complete. I did not hear back. I replied again. I heard back and they said they would get back to me ASAP. I did not hear from them again until they asked me to review my experience. I gave them a 1-star. They finally responded and refunded partially my labor costs.
In the meantime, I got a Thermador-authorized service person to come in. It took a few weeks to get an appointment. He walked in, diagnosed very quickly that the freezer was not cooling given that there was condensation on the roof. He didn't have to open anything, saying the issue was that the cooling regulating component was probably frozen over. He said he would order some parts in and replace the ones that were no longer functioning.
He came a second time and did exactly what he said he would have to. He defrosted the components required for ice maker, replaced the components that were not working and put everything back together. I had ice within the end of the day. Total cost of < $400.
Long-story short, Nana might get out to your house earlier, but they are no match for an authorized technician. You may get charged for parts and labor that you don't need and they will stop responding when you challenge the work is incomplete. On their website they say they have 5 stars on Yelp. They don't even have a Yelp page. I will be reporting this company to the BBB for false advertising.
Take your money elsewhere. While you might feel inclined to get something fixed ASAP, like me, it is worth waiting for someone who knows that they are doing.

I really likedmy Technician Matt. But the Pricing for services is very mysterious. There is no transparency about what a service will cost. Locked into a flat fee, without understanding options.

This company is the WORST. We ended up with them through our home warranty company, Fidelity. They told us repeatedly over a 2 WEEK period that they were working on getting one of their service providers to take our job (stove and washing machine repair) but never came through and didn't even bother to let us know that no one was going to show up during a scheduled 4 hour service window. When we contacted them after waiting for the 4 hours, Michelle at Nana told us that she had "escalated this to the tech manager" and one of them would call us "shortly". We never heard from them again but apparently they called Fidelity that same day and told them that they couldn't take care of our job. Of course, 2 more days went by as we tried to reach Nana without success.
Beware of this company!
