Is it not a good experience since my account has been locked several times due to the verified and problems with the transaction. I came to review again since I kept bothering the service team, trying to figure out how I'd solve my issues here. Ljonk is great as well! Always patient in knowing your problems, always active in offering you solid solutions, and always gentle in helping you out with your silly doubts. Basically you can reach whoever of the team and get your problem well solved within a short time. I offer multiple reviews simply because everyone on their service team is so adorable that I feel guilty not to give a 5-star feedback after being helped.
Still, if the website can be more integrated(the introduction and pricing pages seem to be designed and developed totally by another person than the one who makes the managing pages), it would be way easier for us to navigate through, and hence reduce the time for both parties when we resort to customer services.

I JUST RENEWED ALL OF MY DOMAINS TO NAMESILO AND I HAVE TO SAY I AM GLAD I MADE THE SWITCH, NOT ONLY DID I SAVE A TON OF $$$ BUT THEY PROVIDE FREEBIES THAT OTHER REGISTRAR COMPANIES CHARGE FOR. THEY ALSO DO NOT RAISE THEIR RENEWAL FEES EVERY YEAR. THEY HAVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE TECH REPS THAT ARE ON LINE FOR ANY ISSUES THAT MAY ARISE. I SPOKE TO KATH AS WELL AS ZEB WHO WERE AWESOME . THEY BOTH PROVIDED A LOT OF HELP AS I AM TECHNICALLY. CHALLENGED TO SAY THE LEAST. THEY WALKED ME THROUGH THINGS AND MADE EVERYTHING I HAD TROUBLE WITH SEEM SO EASY. THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WERE VERY PATIENT WITH ME EVEN WHEN I ASKED THE SAME QUESTIONS OVER AND OVER AGAIN. :)

I have registered domain names for ourselves and our clients on practically most of the popular sites (GoDaddy, Name.com, Bluehost, 1&1, namecheap). I love Namesilo for 2 important reasons:
1) All sites try to get you to register using a discounted price (for sample, .com will usually go for $9.99 a year, most will discount it for $4.99 or even as low as $2.99) but only Namesilo will let you buy multiple years at the discounted price for all the years you register with them. If you buy a lot of domains, it's economically smart to register with Namesilo for multiple years.
2) Even on a Sunday night, the Help chatroom is on. Chris is a fantastic, fast, and courteous.
It's a pleasure to work with tech people who are humans (conventional personality notwithstanding)

I have a domain through Namesilo, and they have brushed me off to Buildafy (who happens to have an F rating by the BBB and doesn't respond either) my domain has been down for 48 hours as well as my emails linked to it. They never notified me of my domain expiring or anything, and every email i have received is the shortest response with no sense of trying to help solve the situation other than tell me to wait 72 hours before they contact buildafy. Well if Buildafy isn't responding to me, why would they respond to them? AND my business is supposed to be shut down for 72 hours because of this ridiculous crap? I am sorry but this is ridiculous, i wish i would've just gone through godaddy!

I was very confused about name servers and I spent forever trying to find the answer on the internet and was about to give up and then I realized Name Silo had a chat support button. The agent who helped me was very quick to respond and very knowledgeable! Thanks!
