I had a great experience in the beginning and everything went very smooth. it was after I kept getting collection calls from my previous lender the problems started. I can not get anyone to take my calls or answer any of my numerous emails. I now have 2 payments due to my old lender and a payment due to my new lender. I obviously can't afford to pay 2 different lenders for one vehicle. If i could at least get an explanation as to what the problem is I would feel better about this whole experience.

Received phone call requesting more information. After I sent it, they stopped communicating entirely and then I received a rejection letter. This is after being told I was approved. I then get an email congratulating me on my loan approval. Apparently, they have extremely poor communication skills between each other.

My previous lender has not received the pay off check. I have called several times to see where it is and I have not gotten a call back. Terrible because my previous lender has flagged my account for not paying. (I was told by NALN not to pay on my loan because the pay off check would cover it.) Very disappointed with this company. They also tried to stay on top of me to leave a good review... I have emailed over 10 times and they keep saying a manger is reviewing the account but it does not take 3 weeks to track a check.. We are in the middle of buying a house and this is holding us up. Thankfully the notoriety we went to is a lawyer and state we can dispute this and take them to court and If cant get this straightened out with them... It's crazy because they were on top of things when they were trying to get my money order.. Thankfully I keep records of everything and if I do not hear from them soon I will be moving forward with different measures.

This is the worst company I have done busiest with in over 20 years. I am a executive at a financial institution and the treatment and professionalism displayed by NALN is totally unacceptable. I refinanced my car with them over 30 days ago and they set me up with a new company but have yet to pay off my prior loan. I have left over 10 messages and no one has called me back when there voicemail states a call back will be provided in 2 business hours. the 4 times I was able to speak to someone they all said the same thing. All managers were in a meeting which is pretty coincidental. I would not recommend anyone do business with any company as inefficient and unprofessional as NATIONAL AUTO LOAN NETWORK. I will be taking all of my complaints to social media, news companies, and the better business bureau.

I was so happy with how smooth everything went. I got my auto loan refinanced SO fast. I thought it was too good to be true. Now I have 2 auto loans payments for the same vehicle 🤷♀️ because my "previous" lender still hasn't got the payoff check from them after a month and a half of patiently waiting. And my new payment is already due as well as my original lender. Any tips on how to get them to answer a phone call or return voicemails and emails?? Is there a code word or what?! Seriously confused as to how it was so easy to get ahold of them during the process of getting a loan..now its crickets when I want to know what's up with the check!

I posted a negative review on 9/3/19. This company doesn't even deserve one star. I filed a complaint regarding my auto refi with the BBB and was not happy with the resolution, but understand their hands are tied. The BBB complaint is now closed after being classified as "Answered" by the owner. The practice of NALN, according to my own experience along with reports from other reviewers, is that they get an applicant approved with a new lender and promise to send the payoff check to the original lender. Then they drag their feet before sending the payoff check (in my case 54 days after the date to which they committed) and claim the check was lost in the mail or otherwise unaccounted for and had to be reissued. This left me responsible for payments to both the original lienholder and the new lender for the month of September. It is my belief that NALN was unable to fulfill the requirement of making the payoff on my original loan so they blamed an accounting error. PLEASE do your research on this company. I regret not having been more thorough in own my vetting efforts before signing on the dotted line. If NALN could get me approved for a vehicle refi, then I could have done the same with not that much more effort... and so can you! Additionally, my payments weren't reduced as substantially as they had originally led me to believe. So I urge anyone considering doing business with NALN to advocate more fully for themselves. Spare yourself the time, energy, frustration and perhaps the added monetary obligation to two lenders and avoid this loan broker at all cost!

DO NOT APPLY HERE! We refinanced with them get a better payment. Well everything was ok at first, than when they sent out the check and found out after 15 business days that my old lender didn’t received it.That’s when national auto loan wont pick up there phone calls or voice mail. We got ahold of Heidi she said they will work on it, she just hung on me. We going to contact our lawyer and the FBI for the scam. We owe on 2 car loans. Please read these bad reviews first before apply. Do not make the same mistake.

I wasn't having much luck in communicating with people at NALN via emails but, then I spoke to Erich Painter! He was the gentleman I had the pleasure in working with in re-financing my auto loan! I was super nervous and in uncharted territories, as this was my first time around, to which I told him that. He was sensitive to my concerns and ALL questions. He was down to earth, professional, clear about the details, communicative via email and phone (which was a major point for me and my crazy schedule), patient (extremely patient), repeated things and didn't even get upset or "huff" about it. I would recommend and am recommending NALN based off my experience with Erich P. and I highly recommend him as well (good customer service reps are getting more and more difficult to find. 3rd time was my diamond in the rough) if, the above mentioned, is something you are concerned about.

Such a very bad experience I had with this Company and I won’t referred no one at all to this poor customer service company! I refinanced my car through them and my new bank which is Money One Federal Credit Union already approved me and issue them my pay off to my old bank lender and they hold the check and my loan didn’t posted my pay off till September/03/2019 which is my new bank issued them the check more then 10 days before and I was waiting waiting waiting until I emailed Anthony Orosco and all he said to call direct to my new lender and they will assist me with the rest! “WHAT A WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMER” so I really want the whole nations to know about the bad experience I had with this Nasty Company !!!!

The whole process was harder than it had to be. It was like pulling teeth from a wild animal. The CSR that they assigned me was NEVER in the office, so I was not kept up to date. Then they assigned me to someone else, she was so rude that I was tempted to hang up on her. At least a please or a thank you, but neither, just you have to give me this or give me that.
I finally got tired of the whole game and asked to speak to the original CSR's boss. And that is the only reason that they have 2 stars. She was polite, helpful and courteous. She actually got the loan to go through. I'm not sure that I'd do business with them again. And if I did and they assigned me either of the first 2, I would look elsewhere.

Definitely would recommend National Auto Loan Network if you want to refinance your current auto loan. Erich Painter handled my application process and was very friendly, helpful and explained everything very clearly and thoroughly.
