My complaint is with their customer service. I placed an order on Feb 10, didn't receive anything more than an order confirmation from them for 10 days, so I emailed them. I received no response from any person, but the next day I received a shipment notification. This was on Feb 20. I kept checking the tracking number and no information was coming up until finally it was actually picked up or dropped off at the post office. During this entire time I tried to email them and messaged on Instagram (their website says that Instagram is where you will get the fastest response *insert eye roll*). Didn't receive ANY communication from an actual person, or even a response that they received my request.
Finally, a few days before I was to leave on vacation (almost 4 weeks after I placed the order) my order arrived. The pieces are as described, so no problem there. I do like the pieces, but will NEVER order from them again. A company that can't respond to any questions shouldn't be in business.

I ordered from the UK, never received my parcel. When I contacted them asking for a refund, they replied they don't issue refunds and that 'This order #2977 was actually returned to the warehouse yesterday. It showed customs duty or taxes were due and that the customer did not pay, therefore it was returned to the US'. I informed myself and found out that, according to the UK Government's regulations regarding Tax and Customs Duty, any goods imported from outside the EU worth less than £135 are not liable to pay any Customs Duty. My order from Nalla Swimwear was well below that value, so I ignore what value you have declared in order but they must have clearly declared a value above the £135 threshold. Of course I haven't paid any Customs Duty for my £40 order. Instead I went to my bank, explained the situation and got my money back. After all negative reviews, I can confirm they are truthful. This company is fraudulent and scammy and it's a wonder they are still in business. They've taken down their Google Business profile to quiet negative reviews, but Trustpilot still enables us to have our say. STAY AWAY, you won't get your product and maybe not even your money back (not all banks are as friendly as mine).

Ordered a t-shirt to the UK. After waiting a month and no replies to any emails it arrived. Cheap and nasty quality. Tried it on and immediately went out if shape. Complained directly asking for a refund and would return. Email ignored. Raised dispute via PayPal. They responded that their company policy is to not offer refunds if the item is worn!!!! So you can't try anything on then!!??? I paid for the item to be sent back and then turns out their returns address and contact number are incorrect!!! After complaining and getting nowhere with PayPal and ups unable to deliver I eventually emailed the CEO of PayPal in disgust over the whole issue. This was 2 months after placing the order!! Funnily enough I received a full refund within 24hours! It pays to complain until the bitter end...... Nalla are a complete scam. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

I supported their kickstarter launch. They never sent me my product. Only ever responded when I posted my frustrations on their Facebook page. They have since blocked me. Said they sent my packages but refused to give me tracking numbers and I never received anything.

The order took a while to arrive which I can forgive. The product is not as described.
Extremely thin material, the fabric does not grip to your body in any way at all so it often rises up, bunches up, bascially just moves around constantly. Would not recommend

Ok, reading all these bad reviews hmmm. We are on a girlfriend trip and one pulls out the 4 Nalla solid pieces she bought to show us. We thought they were the coolest idea. We had her try it on and she mixed two for the top and one for bottom. She has large breasts and smaller on bottom and it fits her great. She loved the way it held up and we made run around and jump to see the support. I can attest to customer support since she didn't say a bad thing about the order process. I'm not even getting paid or getting free Nallas for this (but it would nice :) All I can say it's an awesome idea!

I just saw this company on the new Steve Harvey show Funderdome. I find it odd that they did not vet this company before allowing them in the show? It looked like a great product . Size wasn't supposed to matter. Hmmmm

A disappointing experience all round. I backed Nalla on kickstarter gladly, I was one of their excited backers, promised swimwear that would fit, be comfortable, be versatile and be adaptable. It was a brilliant idea!
Sadly the reality is that the company just doesn't live up to its expectations. I should have received my goods back in September 2016. I'm still waiting. Nalla does have a customer support team, but they are pitiful. I've been told by them on numerous occasions now that I am responsible for the delivery of my parcel, not them, and that they are not able to refund or replace my $60 order, I must make arrangements with Royal Mail to get my own refund. Sadly, even despite providing written proof from the UK postal service that I am not able to arrange for a refund myself, they must do it through their chosen carrier, they persist with this line of enquiry.
Seeing as I wasn't getting anywhere with their "helpdesk" support I tried messaging them on their facebook page, only to have my requests immediately deleted without any response or action. Sadly, this company seems to be happy to take your cash, but not so happy to deal with any issues that arise, and I cannot in all good conscience recommend that anyone has anything to do with them! I'll be happy to update this review if ever they reply to me in a more positive form, but for now, it stands. Do not use this company!

After seeing this product on the new Steve Harvey show, I decided to order and see if it is as great as it looks. DON'T FALL FOR IT!! First misrepresentation is that they show all of their solids as separate pieces but show the pattern pieces as a set... $28 for the single pieces of solids. But the patterned pieces are pictured as a set at $38. So I thought I would order the pattern set at $38 to see if I like them. They arrived in a decent matter of time, BUT it was just one piece!! And after shipping and handling it was $48, at the time, I thought I was getting a set so I wasn't upset, but one piece that in shipping package was almost nothing and still cost me an extra $10, RIP OFF, the misrepresentation of the patterns pictured as a set and not as single pieces, giving the impression of paying a discounted price for two, complete rip off, color by far not even close to the photo!! And now read the return policy!! They basically don't have one!! You're not getting your money back, you have to request to be able to return the item, you pay return shipping and you can't get your money back!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I will be posting negative reviews everywhere I can to help prevent others from wasting their money!! Extremely mad!!

This company was the worst. I can't believe how expensive this was and it was one tiny piece of material with no seams or anything. The cords at the sides weren't long enough to tie up all the different ways. I thought I would get one set - but actually I just got one tiny piece of material. I emailed Nalla my concerns and got no reply. This experience has really put me off Kickstarter (where I backed the Nalla campaign). I wouldn't go running in this, down the bottom there is just no support at all of anything lady-like happening down there. Save your money and go buy an actual piece of swimwear. At least there's a bit of effort put into the design...

Like many of the others who have complained about Nalla in different platforms, I backed the project on Kickstarter expecting a delivery in September 2016. It is April 2017, no delivery yet, and they are either ignoring or refusing to respond to my queries. I feel robbed off over $100 of my money. They give Kickstarter a bad name.

•Oct 2016 - Backed them on Indiegogo
•Nov 2016 - Expected Delivery
•Feb 2017 - Reach out to them to inquire about my order (which had not yet been shipped)
•Mar 2017 - They reach out apologizing for a system "Glitch."
•Mar 2017 - Receive all 4 Nallas, want to exchange them for larger size (don't believe the one size fits all on the campaigns, they run more like a small).
•Apr 2017 - They respond, saying I can only exchange 2 of the 4 because one was opened, and one was "on sale" (really? from indiegogo? w-t-f?) and it goes against their return policy.
•May 2017 - They finally forward me the return authorization for 2 Nallas.
•Jun 2017 - Sent off my 2 Nallas. No word back for a while, still haven't received exchange.
•Jul 2017 - I reach out inquiring about my two Nalla's I'd been waiting on, they say they are still waiting to receive my returned Nallas. I confirm (with tracking #) that the return had been received on their end on June 20th (3 weeks ago).
And that's where I'm at. $115 and 7 months later, 2 wrong sized suits that I'm stuck with, and 2 suits that I'm still awaiting. Communication with Nalla has been friendly, but it's ultra slow. Honestly, it just doesn't seem like this company values their customers and maybe doesn't have much experience in the customer service world. Please, if you want a swimsuit, save yourself every hassle and shop elsewhere.

Unwearable swaths of cheap fabric. These suits claim to "revolutionize" active wear for every body. I am 5'5 140 lbs 34C and this suit was completely unwearable. They offered a "skype tutorial" to help me tie the suit. I understand how the tie system (doesn't) work(s). They would not offer a refund of the unwearable suits I had not even put on. Their suggestion? Give it to a friend or sell it on eBay. I would not give these suits to my worst enemy. Wonder why they hardly show the rear of the suit unless it's a size zero model? Because it's a thong. In the USA that's frowned upon on most public beaches. On top of that it took MONTHS for the suits to ship. Shame on them. Shame on Kickstarter. Shame these suits are going in the trash.

Product: overpriced, poor quality, runs small, thin.
Customer Service: almost non-responsive, when they do respond clueless and rude.
They sent me the wrong size months ago, I am still waiting for a product. I spent $85 and have nothing.
