Not a very customer friendly company. I got my status up to gold and every single month I was at nearly double the MEP's required. At the end of December last year I was so excited about achieving platinum status. I ended up with a shoulder injury and flu which left me just slightly short of the MEP's required. I got a message saying only 11 months to go to achieve platinum status. I was so disappointed by this I contacted MYZONE who said "that's the way it is. The customer service was very poor and no encouragement what so ever. Considering it's part of the fitness industry it would appear that they are only interested in taking your money with no after service. I felt this was not very fair at all when they could see that for 15 months I had more than smashed the targets which should have been taken into consideration.

I purchased a MyZoneBelt which has recently died unexpectedly just out side of the warranty. I’d expect the quality of the products sold to last longer than a year and I’m very dispointed as the product is highly endorsed by gyms.
