Had eye test, asked for 2 pairs of glasses to be Reglazed to prescription, cost over £500
Initial visit was ok. Went to pick up first pair and was directed to waiting area without taking any info, and left there for 55 minutes while staff took breaks and shop cleared. Second pair too a few weeks to arrive. Prescription is not correct. The nose pad broke off on the second pair and when I went back to ask for it to be replaced was told that there are not nose pads available so can’t help - in spite of guarantee!
All in all I will need to have a repeat test and get new glasses elsewhere, £500+ lighter. So I suggest going somewhere else

Brilliant service from all staff at Nottingham INTU Victoria centre. Although I mostly interacted with a lovely lady called Aasmah she gave excellent service and made me feel like I've known her for years.

Had a great experience yesterday in your port Glasgow branch within tescos.
Rochelle was dealing with me for my pre test before susan the optom gave my eye test . Was happy with the friendliness of both members and was in and out in no time. Even stephanie came over to help me choose my new glasses overall great experience.

HI I have this week Friday /27/7/18 visited vision express in Hanley shopping centre for ,my routine eye check . I have used this branch for some time . but I must say that this is the best ever eye test I have ever had by a young lady called Helen I think she was brill she is credit to that branch .excellent service also by the front of house team .

On the 26/06/17 I had an eye test at Vision Express. (I previously went to Specsavers). At Vision Express I was encouraged to try Vary-focal lenses. Which turned out not suitable . They kindly refunded the payments I had made and I received a pair of glasses with tint and glass protection. After a while I started suffering from headaches and was unable to draw a straight line (carpenter/joiner) and my wife suggested I return to have eyes checked. I started using and older pair which I had from Specsavers 4 years old which proved ok. After deliberation and a bit of an argument it was suggested by the manager my old glasses were bifocals ? they were not just reading glasses. However they actually tested my eyes again and admitted to a slight diffraction to the previous test they had done. I purchased a new pair from Vision Express at my expense. I used these glasses for a few months only to find the same problem. Out of frustration and after discomfort I paid for a new eye test with Specsavers and received my glasses from them and I have used them for 3 months without a problem. I feel that vision express would not own up to the mistake and I will not recommend them because of this. The bottom line is I have had to pay for extra glasses and an extra eye test as I feel I am unable to trust Vision Express (although I have preached them) they will not come to some sort of conclusion. PS I was also sold an insurance policy which I was told was for repair and loss. After trying to claim for a lost pair I was told it is for repair only!

Poor connection always crashing, lots of things in the way the software is designed in terms of running the office efficiently, pt balances, recalls, billing, contacts, even charting.

My Vision Express is very easy to use. Right now I'm only using it for the practice management, mainly for inventory reasons. I can keep track of what comes in and leaves the practice very easily. Also, no more writing orders, which means no filing.
As for the vendor, the support has been excellent. Any issues I have run in to (very little by the way), have been resolved very quickly.
