Ordered a Milwaukee M12 Heated Jacket, a charger and 2 batteries for a Christmas gift on 11/27/17 (to be opened on or after Christmas day 12/25/17). 1 of the batteries is bad - which was obviously shipped bad from redtool.com. I contacted them in early January to let them know they shipped me a bad battery. They told me that because of "timeframe of the order" they are not responsible for the problem and that I need to contact Milwaukee direct and see if they can help with the issue. On their website they state "Customer satisfaction is a top priority for us." - Don't believe it; they want nothing to do with you after they make the sale. I will NEVER buy from them again and would highly recommend you stay away from this store!!!

They charged my credit card back in July and never sent the items. Phoning them was useless; no answer just recorded message. I had to recoup my money through disputed charge with my credit card company.
I see the scam artists are back at it, as I received an automatic email from them describing their Christmas specials.
Con artists to avoid a all costs.

Took mytoolstore 8 working days, after being paid, to dispatch two simple time clocks where the website stated it would take 3-5 working days.
Email replies also slow, 2 to 3 days.
If you can find your product at another well known and fast service website, avoid this one.

Ordered equipment on 7/14/16. Got a conformation of the order and that's it.
Called the telephone number listed 702-871-7178. Got an answering machine saying to connect press the stated options. Pressed all options,
telephone rings, no answer, tried ten times.
They have my credit card number.

I purchased a tool for almost $300 from this website using paypal. Even though there was no indication that the item was not in stock, I received an email a day after placing the order saying that it was out of stock and backordered from the manufacturer, with a 2 week lead time. The email said to reply and say whether I accepted this delay (and further down on the SAME email it said "please do not reply to this email). I replied that the lead time was ok, and my card was charged. After 2 weeks, I asked for an update via email, and got no response. After another week I tried calling, and none of the extensions on their phone system ever picked up or returned voicemails. After trying to call and email any number or email address I could find and getting no response, I disputed the charge on Paypal. They never responded to the dispute within their 10 day time limit, and Paypal refunded me my money. I have to conclude that the people who run this company are either completely incompetent, or complete crooks, but probably a combination of the two. To this day, the only correspondence I've ever had with them is the automated email I received about the back order. Their website is still operational, and as far as I can tell you can still place orders on it, but if you do, you are sending your money and credit card information to a black hole.

It's been a month since I placed my order. Other than the automatic acknowledgment e-mail, I have seen no evidence that this business actually exists. Order not shipped, no response to e-mail inquiries, no one answers the phone. As another reviewer said, it's a black hole. Or an outright fraud. I should have known better than to trust anything located in Vegas!

I placed an order over 2 months ago. After 2 weeks I called them and got this "ON BACK ORDER" crap from them. They promised I'd get my order within a few days.. now when I call there isn't an answer from them.
From what I've seen they have ripped of a lot of people and closed their doors.

Obviously, the positive reviews are left by owners. I placed a small order (less than $30) and got automated email indicating they would let me know when item ships. A week later, no email so I submitted an inquiry on their site. Got an automated response acknowledging inquiry but never an answer to question. I tried calling several times and no one ever answered the phone. Looks like this company is going out of business. Don't place any orders!

In April I found myself in need of a specialty tablesaw stand system manufactured by Rousseau for an upcoming millwork installation project. After much searching, I settled on MyToolStore.com because the listed pricing was comparable to other suppliers, however MyToolStore.com carried each of the the three items I desired which their competitors did not. In the interest of keeping the order together, I placed my order on 4/6/16. Knowing that the items are specialty, I inquired if the items were in stock. Sales reps informed me that the items wee not in stock, but would ship directly from the manufacturer in 10 days to 3 weeks. Knowing that my installation would be beginning in mid-May, this would allow ample time to receive my shipment.
After several emails back and forth with a customer service representative, regarding delays in shipping I was finally informed that the item shipped on 5/13/16 (+5 weeks from placing order) and I was provided a tacking number. I received 1 of 3 items ordered yesterday on 5/18/16 (+6 weeks from placing order.) After contacting the customer service representative I was informed that there are further delays and the remaining two items would not be shipping until next week. The items ordered are part of a system designed to be used together, so the one item that I have received is pretty much useless until the remaining items arrive. If I am to believe MyToolStore.com's estimated shipping date, which is hard to believe, my order will be fulfilled around 6/3/16 (+8 weeks from placing order.) In the meantime, I have now had to make significant arrangements to have my full sized cabinet saw (~600 pounds!) delivered and brought into my jobsite.
Even without my order being completed, I would not recommend purchasing any items from MyToolStore.com. I definitely will never place another order with them!

I purchased a product from their web store for a present and it was not really in stock. Of course they did not notify me of this until a week later when it was too late to order a replacement from another store and still have the gift be on time. Very bad experience, will never buy from them again.

I have ordered a tool case but unfortunately it was not what I really expected, since the product photo in product catalog was not very clear, so that I called the customer service to return it, the lady started to yell at me and said the owner would talk to me, she did apologize later on but still it was not a nice behavior. Then the owner called me and said he would charge me 15% restocking plus shipping back is my responsibility, because, as he claims, it is the manufacturer policy, so I asked him for a proof, he refused and after 2 days he came back and said not 15% but $15 (my tool case was $300).
This is first time that I buy tools and return them & I am charged to restocking and returning.

1- Your website states that only certain items are subject to restocking fees, that means not everything. However, when I checked out it did not state that this item has restocking fees.
2- You were trying to charge me 15% (the price was $300), I asked you to provide a proof from the manufacturer about this charge but you refused and said I could check my self with them. You provided this letter only after a submitted a dispute through Norton, who guarantee shopping on your website.
3- Other shopping website, such as Amazon, don't charge restocking if I bought this item from them nor for returning shipping.
4- You promised in your reply to follow up with me the following day but you did not, it was just a way to pretend you are solving the problem to save your company image without really solving it.

I was impressed by the work of Mytoolstore. I placed an order online and they coordinated shipment internationally. At one point, I made a change to the order and spoke to management directly, which helped in executing the change. Overall, a positive experience.

This is an edited version of my previous review in which I rated Mytoolstore one star which was for the most part unwarranted. When your building a project, place orders from six different companies and five orders arrive on time but number six is MIA you tend to get upset.
Moments after I submitted my review I recieved a phone call from one of the owners of Mytoolstore not to chew me out but to find out directly from me the customer what went wrong and to let me know that my information will be taken very seriously and to apologize for my bad experience.
For this man to take time to appologize to me about what happened with my tiny order meant a LOT!
Now the following is a brief description of my experience and other reviews told a similar story so my suggestion would be to make some calls and follow up with your order.
Ordered two items, got an email that one was not in stock and would be a month to get it. I said remove that item. Three weeks later and I still haven't received second item and no information.

After ordering a couple items, I then cancelled the order but for some reason it didn't process. Ryan and his crew were understanding and emailed me return postage to ship the items back. They even called to follow up a week later. If I ever need anything again, I'm definitely going to order through these guys. Very helpful and responsive.
