I've completed many surveys over the last few years with mysurvey & accumulated a lot of points. Without any warning they have closed my account for no reason. I have written to them without receiving any answers & now think this is the biggest scam. UPDATE: After many emails to Lifepoints & enquiries 're points cancelled I have now received my e-voucher. My advice - don't give up keep on to them & follow their instructions.

Thieves...spend 2 or 3 hours completing surveys to get to a cash out point only to find MySurvey have pocketed your cash &made your account "inactive",regardless of the fact that you have been active on it a few hours ago..complete scam..avoid at all costs !!

Biggest scam ever! They closed my account and accused me of fraud. When i asked what fraud I committed they refused to provide an explanation and stripped my account of my rewards. This is after I spent hours responding to surveys and participating in diaries where you have to enter info everyday! After searching online it appears they have done this to hundreds of users!

Was giving this panel another chance after 2 years break but I spent 15 minutes on survey which was meant to be only 18 minutes long but then screened out. Clearly they are still wasting their panellist time so make sure you do not sign up to them.

Found some surveys interesting, but I am afraid this is only one thing I liked. The panel has potential to be pure scam. When I was about to cash out for the second time, my account had become suspiciously inactive. A good many people experienced the same problem. Didn't bother though I made sure (according to some other reviews) that those people are one of those who know how to ignore a panelist. No answer. Avoid, avoid, avoid as they prefer to avoid responding.

I started in I believe in 2007 have always got paid did a lot of surveys did a lot of surveys in 11 years some days they give you to many surveys to do tend to fall asleep if you try to do to many that is when you can be terminated. I do not get no more surveys account is still good though they may may want to get new user after a while I never wrote though. Have been with some survey places since 1993 so it is possible.

I was with mysurvey for about four years but had issues with them over the last few months.....technical issues that never got fixed. After trying with them to get it resolved I figured I better redeem my rewards before things get worse. I got so frustrated with them that I closed the account. A few days later I opened a new account hoping it would be better and a few days later my account was inactive. It took a week for me to get an answer. They accused me of fraud and banned me from the site. I told them I only did about 300 points worth of surveys, certainly not enough to warrant fraud. They sent me two emails asking me to rate their support. Pretty negative. Their site has really declined.

It is a good way to make money but on the 20th February, when i click on mysurvey it takes me to lifepoints, when i log in to mysurvey it takes me to lifepoints and makes me sign up for something and mysurvey is no longer available to use

Disgraceful company! Went to log into my account and I couldn’t log in. I literally had not used it I don’t even think I had taken a single survey yet so I sent customer service an email asking why I couldn’t log in and got some vague response As follows..

Then responsed saying this wasn’t correct and how could this be fixed and got this response back...

Talk about great customer service huh when you are genuinely asking why you can’t log in and you get a BS response like this that isn’t even true! Don’t go anywhere near them and from the comments and reviews I have read on this site it seems to be very common! I’ll spend my time elsewhere!

I just started with them thru one of my other survey sites, it was actually a survey to join them, cashed out 5 bucks via paypal, got 305 in points and they closed my account, this is why every survey site I do, I cash out immediately when I get to the min payout amount, because you never know when they are going to freeze your account, its so silly, but they make tons of cash doing this off everyone I suppose, I will stick to the ones I have always been doing for years and never have a problem with, this site can kiss my a**!

I have done various amounts of surveys with them but out of every 4 or 5 surveys one of them has some kind of glitch problem. Either the glitch is that you never get compensated for that survey or the survey says it will award you with more points if you do something extra but you never get the extra points even when you do it. I have sent 5 open tickets about such surveys but I have not received any response and the oldest one is 1 month old. If this is the kind of service that is supposed to be rated the #1 survey website then god helps us. This company makes doing surveys unethical and unrewarding. I think they should either hire more customer service agents to work zendesk or find more computer programmers to fix their point system, perhaps they even need both. I really think everyone that is a member of that site should boycott and stop doing any more surveys to send mysurvey.com a message to be fair and ethical or we'll put them out of business.

If I could give no stars I would. They do not want to give you points for surveys you have fully taken and when questioned, they say they will review and if you don't hear from them in six weeks, then you will not be receiving the points. Happened a lot. I no longer do surveys for them. I could go on about this company but would take forever to do so. There are many survey sites out there, this one is definitely not top notch.

Over a year of problems with login issues, no feedback from staff over missing points, suddenly For no apparent reason my account was deleted along with months of points, trying to get any response to why is an impossible task! I implore all companies using them for their surveys to cease immediately and anyone thinking of joining don't bother!

I registered with MySurvey and did a few questionnaires. Suddenly I was ousted from the programme and it took several weeks to get a reply - that I was apparently 'dishonest'. I appealed, asking what I ad been dishonest about since I have been completely 100% honest about every piece of information I'd given about myself, and my answers. Their reply was to just say they'd found me dishonest, weren't going to tell me why, and the matter was closed.
Then they sent me a email asking ' Rate us How did you rate the support you got from us?'
SOO glad I'm not with this company and didn't waste any more time with them. I'm with a few other Survey programmers and thoroughly enjoying doing their surveys - honestly - as I've always been!

I applied to join MySurvey, but was locked out. I therefore contacted their helpdesk. I received a reply saying that the account would remain closed as I had not provided true information about myself.
Firstly, I don't have an account with them. Secondly I provided true and accurate information as required. So what they are on about, goodness only knows.
Don't waste your time with these people.

utterly incompetent and borderline fraudsters, AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! they have a crap set up, terrible survey system, and when you do earn points they don't award them and good luck getting those points because their customer service consits of a monkey trying to teach an amoeba how to type the alphabet. My advice is simple do not use them under no circumstances and spread the word because they are a business that do not deserve to exist.
The fact that currently 78% of reviews on here are similar in experience to mine should be warning enough.

I was always doing my surveys trufully then past my test and started surveys relating that. All went well until we ended up homeless as our landlord decided to sell her property. After about 5 months after finally settling in to our new house I decided to go on my survey account to find out I been kick off for being homeless lol that would of been a good survey to fill out about being homelessness so I was pretty upset about it as could of done with the little cash of around 10.00 a month wich really helps

I have been a member for a year and a half, I have never had any issues. In fact I have made about £150 so far. Surveys have been constant and at times I have made almost 400 points for 1 survey on multiple occasions.
I'm surprised by the negative reviews, but maybe I'm one of the luck ones.

I have to say, I've always had regular surveys with MySurvey - at least a few each day - and I've made a fair bit of extra money with them but what really lets MySurvey down is their computer system and customer service... The majority of my surveys have been glitching over the last week particularly and of the 5 tickets I sent only one has been replied to - a very blunt "sorry you spent 25 minutes completing this survey but there's nothing I can do." No hello, please or thank you's and I missed out on 250 points. I'm also waiting on a National Buying Survey that glitched on the last page and still no response. I've enjoyed MySurvey so far but lately I'm losing patience!

I have over 2500 points that I cannot get. I have written to Lifepoints over 5 times and they do not answer all I want is my points to be converted to Amazon vouchers and I will be happy. If they have done this to me how many others have had the same problem ?

I have been trying to login to my survey it does not work it says my email is invalid I have sent emails about the problem they sent me a link it did not work since they updated the website its bee a nightmare.
