Hii people don’t trust in this website. before I ordered the item I spoke with someone told my it’s correct item and when I ordered I receive different item the are liars don’t trust them

No no no. Spotted a mistake online. Was looking right at it while I phoned. Man I spoke to said it was not there! Like I was lying about a spice purchase!!! Five minutes later the mistake was off the screen. I read someplace that lying saffron sellers in ancient times were buried alive. A bit extreme but maybe a lesser suitable penalty? A LIFE WITHOUT SAFFRON FOR THESE SCAMMERS

Order was processed after 3 days of putting an order. Sweets on website didnt match what was sent in box. Sweets were so awful, that we threw all the boxes right in garbage as soon as we tasted it. Very poor quality, dont waste money with them.

This is their trick..two days after you place the order they will send you an email telling you that they are sorry but that they ran out of the product and that they will send you a refund,but they never do
Please stay away!!!!

Placed order, received email that it was not available and offering different item. Called and advised no thank you and a refund please, I was advised it can take 2-4 days for refund. Now 2 weeks later and no refund.. submitted review via paypal and no response from seller, elevated to claim and still waiting.
Basically they are a bunch of thieves.

I placed an order on May 13th for some soup packets. A couple days later I received an E-mail stating that they did not have the product nor could they get it. Additionally, they said that my money would be returned in a couple of days. I waited a few days and when the credit did not appear, I wrote asking what had happened. The next E-mail told me that it could take up to 16 days to return the moey to my account. Why are they taking orders for items they are unable to supply and why does it take more that two weeks + to return money. 17 days later, I am still waiting.

There's been some misunderstanding about my order and I've contacted their customer service a couple of times. Their customer service are very nice and always willing to help. Will buy from them again.
