Doubt I'll be buying from them again, was severely let down as a first-time customer. I placed an order on 30th Nov, it apparently shipped on 3rd Dec, and it's been 2 weeks since with no updates. Extremely disappointed since it was a pretty large order and I'm now unsure if it will ever arrive at this rate. Their prices looked good but buyer beware. I feel like I've just wasted my money on nothing.
Edit: Arrived over a week late with unreliable tracking. Customer support wasn't particular helpful and stalled with tracking details I already had access to. Edited rating to reflect this.

The customer service at MyProtein is sorely lacking. I've place an order on the 29th of Nov and till date my order has not been received. I tried writing to the MyProtein team and they did not even attempt to respond to my queries pertaining to my missing order. I am seriously considering contacting the relevant authorities about this matter.
edit: order arrived after almost a month. Nevertheless, unsatisfactory delivery tracking. Changed from 1 to 2 stars

Overall great experience!
Orders quite a lot of times due to the low costs! Chocolate smooth is my fav, and definitely met my expectation. Protein bars especially the carb crusher has one of the best taste, macros and definitely worth the money.
I did meet with an issue whereby 3 bags had holes (prob because I ordered way too many bags and it was too heavy and bulky), but the issue was solved within days. Replies from the customer service team were prompt. Will definitely continue to be a regular customer!

This is disappointing. Not sure where the loopholes were. I am upset by the recovery made by your online customer service agent who offered a (re-send). If I was Lewis, I would ask for my customer to allow me some time to rectify the issue and get back within 24hours. I mean, who wouldn’t understand the amount of time you might need because this is a international order - right? So Lewis, who quickly thought “my protein’s delivery agents are trusted and reliable” who then offered to re-send when My Order which already came incomplete...just what was Lewis thinking ? “Oh I can re-send to you, the same way..” and if my items goes missing again, “I can again re-send you?” Was it ? I did not demand immediate customer recovery from Lewis, but having your agent said that, I asked for a refund. I don’t think he understands the pain. My order came all the way from the UK and I paid for it, for the service you promised, for the offers you offered. If you can’t go the extra mile to do this, then do mention about striving. I ordered a few times before. You tapped into the Asian Market. You’ve got great reviews, you’ve got some highly-acclaimed products...and I wouldn’t deny that..but this is faith you’re dealing with. I don’t know what will be done of this. That was probably my last order with you.

Ordered 2 weeks ago , still haven't received my items even though promised delivery date was last week. My sister already warned me about their late deliveries but I still gave a shot and wanted to order from here. Very dissapointed in delivery matters even though the taste in good. Please change your international shipping agents or do something about it because I don't think people will re-order from you guys if this is going to happen all the time.

I had made a purchase from Myprotien website during the Black Friday sale.
1. Firstly, all the sales are gimmicks and you can actually buy the stuff they sell at ~60% discount because the sales are always running.
2. The shipment was never delivered to me and the customer support refused to accept any responsibility towards it. They kept on giving me canned replies to all my questions and never bothered to acknowledge and correct the poor experience they made me go through.
3. Ultimately, they agreed to refund only when I threatened to raise a dispute with my credit card company. They are still trying to stall me and have not refunded me. It has been 2 months since I placed the order.
Please don't order or use products from this website, they are extremely untrustworthy.

slow delivery, 2 months and did not receive my items, have the same response every time i approached them, ask me to wait 48 hours for updates yet they didnt do anything over and over again.
Its okay, they claimed my order lost after two months, its a total waste of time.

Very bad delivery. Ordered on the 27/Nov and was promised delivery between 9-11/Dec. But my track order still shows the items are in England. Where and when exactly are my items gonna be delivered to me?!

Ordered 23 Oct 2019, promotion mentioned spend $100 free delivery, 2 gifts when spending $130. Until now, I still no received one of my gifts without any inform.
Even though I sent feedback and promised will delivery once the item back to stock.
Almost 1 month above, there is no sound no picture ~~~
Haizzz, very disappointed in stock matters. Please change your status if there is out of stock to avoid customers expect to taste the product.
I won't be re-order from My protein due my first time has happened all of this.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Honestly the worst delivery i ever gotten. Not only did it promised to give my order two weeks ago. The customer service keep dragging on and on telling me to wait additional day after day and weeks after weeks. Till now i have not recieved any products that i purchased and it said to be "stuck" in GB. It somehow seems like its a huge scam and i wasted my money. Im honestly at a loss of words and i dont know if i'll ever recieve my products.

Your poor quality doesn’t match with your selling price. The stitching part of the front waist area was torn after wearing it for a week! I have to sew it back. But after 3 weeks, it was torn again!
Please, this is the first and last time I am buying any items from your website.
There are other online platforms which their leggings and tops are also offering better quality, much more designs and cheaper than yours!

This time round would say a 3 star as the omega 3 fish softgel oil I bought and when it was delivered to me, the inside of the container was oily and a few of softgel capsules actually leak/broke which left a very fishy smell in the delivery box.
