I’ve seen the reports here and not one makes sense. I’ve used this company for years without a problem. First of all the website says moneygram not wire transfers. That is two completely different things. Second you can’t track the package because they don’t track packages from Mexico in the USA. So you tracked the two things it said before it hit the states. Third there is a little thing called customs and sometimes the packages get caught up there for two weeks. It takes on average 3-4 weeks to receive a package due to customs delays. It has been like this for the nearly 10 years, I have dealt with them. This is not new nor is it their fault and they state it on the website. Sometimes they don’t update their shipping status, that’s not the end of the world, but I have still received my package. There are a lot of people making reports here that live in the amazon world. Folks this is Mexico and customs, stop with the spoiled tantrums already you look foolish!!

Ordered a drug that I urgently need, never received it, nor my money back
I ordered Cynomel from this company as the price for it looked really good. Checked how the shipping is progressing on several occasions but the drug never arrived and Mrisa couldn't give me information as to what had happened to it. She then promised me my money back but I haven't received anything and she has been ignorign my e-maisl for the past 10 days.

DO NOT SEND MONEY VIA WIRE TRANSFER -- FRAUDULENT
I was on their website to purchase products. Got to the payment page. No link to pay by credit card. Just wire transfer. Marisa wrote me and told me to send the wire transfer via Western Union to Oscar, which email I have to verify. Then I wrote back after sending the money to verify and ask when my products will get shipped. She said that they don't accept wire transfer. I will file a complaint on every website I can and I have contacted my bank. Do not buy from them.

Poor customer service
I have ordered from this company in the past with no trouble, but recently they are going out of their way to hide inventory problems from their customers. I can only guess that is the real reason behind the unresponsive customer service. I ordered in late December, and 10 days later my order was rejected. Why wait 10 days to process an order unless you don't carry the item? No responses to my numerous emails. Blog comments get hidden in moderation for eternity.

Not delivering face cream I ordered
The day I ordered with credit card Retin-A facial cream from the online Mexican drug store, I received a friendly message stating they are processing my order said " to contact them if there were any doubts". Then I received a letter a week later stating my package was labeled. Nothing came. I contacted them ( no phone # given) because the facial cream was not delivered. Nothing. No answer back. Thirty five dollars out as well as credit card information .
