Very disappointed in support behaviour. Many network related issues which are not handled properly. Decision is made, all servers will be canceled asap.
No proactive information to customer on planned maintenance. Calculate a day for repair your services after maintenance windows.

I've been for almost 3 years with myloc, have 2 servers with them. Uptime has been over 99%. So far everything has worked perfectly. Cheap prices compared to what you're getting. Highly recommended.

I have used a Top End Dedicated server provided by myLoc. Then, I asked for an upgrade on the same server. The support was amazing and they did the upgrade very quickly. The server performance is top notch and at the current price point, they are one of the most affordable service providers.
And, special appreciation to the support team. They respond to support tickets almost instantly.
If required, I will surely use more of their services in the future.

I'm renting services at myLoc for 8 years and feel great with their services. Technical servicing is always warned long enough before. Network speed is good, and downtime more than very rare.

Excellent and well configured productive equipment. Responsive technical support service.
We have VPS: 16 gig of RAM, 8 cores. For this money, you can usually find a configuration with 2 cores and 8 gigabytes of memory. Wonderful!

This company is losing a lot of customers because of its hard attitude.
They don't care about keeping your system closed. They are moving in this way to sell "KVM"
They see the error of the system and do not interfere.

Update : ( Oct 5 - 10:56 ) My system has been closed for 19 hours. myLoc managed IT AG does not handle a simple problem. I'll keep updating.
Update ( Oct 6 ) : Company kept my system closed for 30 hours and initiated the refund process.
Company immediately deleted all the cpnversations in the support (ticket ) section. They did it because they were unfair.

Had to wait over 3 hours and a half, for the support team to even consider if they would like to reboot a server for me, which is in a frozen state and won't respond to their "remote reboot" feature.

Very good service.
Can send email notification in case server is not available for free.
Timely ticket responses.
Provides traffic measures.
Reverse DNS setup for static ip.
Only reason to leave them: trying other service with similar characteristics at costs divided by 3.
I may come back if quality is not as good with cheaper provider.

This ISP is hosting senders of commercial emails advertising for gambling and medicine, that I didnt subscribe for. And the ISP's mailservers has a documented Poor email reputation.If anyone should doubt this, please visit tools on the internet, that monitors the behavior of ISP's.
I cannot recommend any decent company to use this ISP..
And then you did it again..!!! I can certainly assure you that the 1.143 of my user that received a mail from one of your customers today is what I would call spam. They did not ask for a mail from simenge.art, they do not want to be "Bitcoin heroes" if they just sign up to this and pay $250.. no they did not. They just want to be free from spam mail in there inbox..

We received multible of this mail..
Subject "Pills for potency. Fast delivery". Mail body is af picture af a lady with knowledge of silicone treatment for women..:-(. All you can do is click on this picture at get redirected to some website i Russia..
They dont seems to care about their reputation.
Today - 12/02/2019 another example of this company's disrespect for the fight against unsolicited mail.. I did NOT subscribe for mail from the "Online Pharmacy" to by pills for "Erectile Dysfunction Treatment" no I did not..
Please get serious, and do something about YOUR customers bad behaviour.
And again...! This morning, 19/02/2019 we received another 1.000 unsolicited e-mails.. no i did not ask for any "Horny Housewives" who offers me: "Life is short. Have an affair." nor did the other recipients in our company.
Dear myLoc, could you please send me a list of all your IP addresses, so I can block everything once and for all..
No No NO not again.. I don't want to be connected to Anna Bokova.. neither does all the + 1.000 of my users. myLoc you are absolute the worst mail company I have ever received mail from..

Company's support team is working very slowly. They are constantly trying to delete customer comments.
No one is happy to leave this company.

I gave you a chance buying new vps but some of the problems that were there remained
