They have now tried to deliver my parcel 5 times!!! Each scheduled delivery time is between 5-7 pm or 6-8 pm even though this is a delivery tot the shop that has opening times displayed on a door which is till 5 pm!!! Mind it, I unfortunately have ordered from other places that I didn't know they use this ridiculous delivery companies and both has started bouncing back and forth again, I expect to not see any of them ever and obviously there's no customer service to contact. I'm speechless you can operate like that wasting time and fuel on endless attempts that are deemed to fail before they happen :/

Horrible delivery company!
My question is why retailers still use them? Forcing customers to deal with such bad companies. I understand they may be cheaper for the retailer but if they are giving terrible customer service this reflects on the retailer.
My message to retailers is: there is enough evidence that shows that Myhermes is a horrible company. You know better so do better for your customers!

I cant give a NO star rating but wish I could!
I booked a collection/delivery from a hotel for the 19th August.
It was uncollected/undelivered with no explanation except "Unforseen circumstances" on a toll call automated reply more than 2 weeks later!
As a result I booked a collection from DHL which was collected and delivered in 3 days.
I received an email from Hermes on the 11th September!!! telling me my parcel had been delivered and signed for... UNTRUE!
Their service sucks, their contact process sucks, I hate Hermes and will NEVER EVER use or recommend ANYONE to use Hermes
Go DHL or FedEx, give this crap company a wide berth!

If I could give zero stars I would.
There delivery man is mad and should not be on duty.
He has lost (or stolen) my parcel before and is always extremely rude.
He once tried to run away with my parcel as he pressed the intercom I said I will come down. When I went down within (1minute) he was no where to be seen.
I then called Hermes who sent him back straight away.
Guess what he did come back within 15 minutes but was so angry and started shouting at me on my own door step calling me all sorts of names.
I complained to Hermes and told the police about him too. I requested Hermes not to send him to my address but to this day they do and he is very rude each time.
Today he rang the intercom and when I asked who it was he didn't bother answering. He then came upstairs knocked on my door and when I asked who it was he didn't answer.
I asked atleast 5 times who it was but in vain.
He then knocked again and when I asked who it was said it's Hermes- finally.
I said ok leave my parcel outside the door step.
He said I need your sign.
I opened the door and he would not hand me the machine and stood Infront staring at me as he always does.
I asked to sign and he walked away.
I said, look if you do not let me sign I'll complain against you. I will sign for the items I have received!
After hearing that he would get a complain against him, he came back and started saying why I am rude etc.
Every time he comes and after I open the door he stares at me for long I find that so disturbing.
Why does Hermes keep sending this mad guy again and again?
Truly horrible service!
Their delivery men are either thief's or perverts!

Hermès is the worst delivery company ever. This is the second time the dispatch rider failed to find my address and the time they claimed was the exact time I was outside my house waiting for the package. Now I have to wait to go to a pick up point for my package. All online marketplaces should stop using this horrible service. Even their customer service is rude, after waiting over two minutes to talk to someone, the phone was rudely cut off after letting the agent know I couldn’t speak German well and will appreciate if I could talk to someone that speaks English.

Disgusting service. Ordered through debenhams. Missed supposed delivery, left card advising left next door. This is a lie. Managed to track on line, one parcel said posted thru my letterbox (another lie it was a winter coat!!), one parcel said signed for by me. Sqiggle of a signature clearly a forgery.
You cant get thru to speak to a human on the phone. Debenhams have been excellent in helping sort out. Will never use My Hermes again, bunch of jokers.

I urge everyone not to use this company ever again.
I was expecting a delivery of a simple kids vitamins from France (easyparamacie), and they have send it via Hermes.
First - even for such a simple and cheap items signature is required - so they can not leave it in the porch or anywhere else, as all the other companies do.
Second - today, for the last 3rd attempt, I was ALL MORNING AT HOME, and the Hermes courier DID NOT EVEN RING THE DOORBELL, leaving the card 'we missed you' instead!
Do not use them, let them fail and get bankrupt

Crap Company with Sh** service !! Thats is how i describe this company call "myHermes", Im waiting for collection for 2 days and still nobody show up, by the way, I have the same problem few years ago. Don't waste your time with collection or even drop off in shop. Last month i when to this shop called "Harrow Road Convenience Store" in Harlesden and the shop keeper refused to accept my parcel as is was a big box and he did not have space in his shop and he ONLY accept small parcels as the courier refuses to collect big boxes, even though they are in the myhermes specification and size, so WHAT Hell is happening ?

What a shower of absolute clowns!!! Delivery due 30th August but then advised, the parcel was considered large. It’s less than 500mm long, which in old money is less than two feet and if I knew where it actually was then I’d take my bicycle, go and pick it up myself and place it in the wicker carrying basket! Anyway delayed for 48 hours for alternative transport to be arranged. So delivery now changed to Monday 2nd September between 7-9pm, so to be sure I waited in and .....nothing!!! Web sites says attempted delivery, Hermes app (equally as useless says slight problem)? Another email saying deliver due Tuesday 3rd September between 7&9pm and exact same again AND YET again I’m sitting IN THE HOUSE reading their email at 20:59, stating that my delivery was attempted at 20:59....eh don’t think so! Today I try calling and emailing, I went through all of the options 1,2 & 3 to speak to anyone and they all run through the limited options and then simply cut you off. Priceless piece of technology there Hermes! Again today, another email delivery will be attempted between....guess when, yup correct 7-9pm. Hopefully, there’s another good night of viewing on the TV since for the third time I’ll be spending it waiting in for the Team from Billy Smarts Circus to arrive. Perhaps I should turn the TV down and just listen out for their big flats shoes, spinning bow ties and honking car horn as they drive down the road?
Will it arrive tonight..... who knows perhaps they will have a children’s party to attend or a ballon blowing fest.
This lot make getting in touch with Mi5 or the CIA look like a Yellow Pages entry.

I live in a 3 story apartment block. I received a txt that my parcel had been delivered, but no one came to my door. The txt said left in a safe place. Hermes left my parcel on the ground floor of my apartment block, which is not lock. Anyone could have came and taken my parcel.
I ordered from pretty little thing for next day delivery, Hermes was the one delivering. I received a txt that my parcel will be delivered between 1pm to 3pm. They did not show up at all until 2 days later. Absolute shambles of a company. I absolutely hate this company

Absolutely shocking service, can't deliver to the right address, I'm forever getting someone else's parcel so always delivering myself, same number just different road and post code! Can't get hold of anyone on the phone, total incompetence.
From reading all the other shocking reviews I cannot believe this company is still operational, disgusting customer service on every level.

Over the past couple of years we have been using my Hermes for delivery and collections, we have the same gentleman who works for my Hermes who collect our items and delivers them to their depot, he's a lovely guy and goes out of his way to help us, it's a shame we can say the same about the company itself my Hermes, you go to a lot of trouble packing your items to ensure that they are safe if the item is a fragile item we go to a lot of trouble to ensure that it is clearly marked as fragile we go as far as buying special tape which goes around the box or item making it clear to the company that is a fragile item, unfortunately Hermes do not either understand or care about their customers we have had a number of items smashed damaged, and as far as getting through to Hermes to sort the problem out I can only describe as a nightmare, they certainly do not make it easy for you to contact them in fact if anything they will do their best not to have to talk to you on the phone all, and send you to a so-called live chat that is quite frankly a total waste of time, over the past few months Hermes have managed to smash or damage at least half a dozen items which we have sent out, so not only did we have to refund the client, any chance of getting a refund from Hermes well don't hold your breath, all were asking Hermes to do is to be more careful with customers parcels, and if the box is clearly taped up as fragile then that's what it means, so please please Hermes get your act together and stop damaging and losing parcels, make it easier for people to contact you and stop holding them off with Telephone numbers that don't work

So I ordered 2 items from a website and they are meant to come today so Hermes sent an email saying my time slot is 11am-1pm so I'm waiting and the courier still hasn't turned up. It's now 2pm and still no delivery. If he cant make it on time then SURELY contact with the customer should be made but NO! nothing. So now it has to be diverted to my neighbours house because I cant wait in my house no longer. My mother and father have also had alot of hassle with this company. Fix the problems you OBVIOUSLY have some. ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH service will not be using them again. 🤬🤬

My daughter used Hermès to send a pair of shoes she sold on eBay.
3 weeks later and after countless unanswered emails they finally replied and admitted they had lost the parcel. We have send numerous letters and parcels by Royal Mail and everything has arrived safely. My daughter is £100 out of pocket which sh3 can I’ll afford. Shocking service.

Literally the worst company avaliable. Regaulary claims you weren't in for delivery without even visiting your address. Regularly has unexpected delays. Awful contact options intentially due to the awful service and subsequent high volumes of calls. Avoid like the plague. You'll have a better experience asking a drug addict in the street to deliver your parcel

I had a parcel delivered, they didnt ring my door bell but left it vunerable on my wheelie bin of all places.
I got on to them, but next time, same place! This parcel got soaked through.
Although I was promised it would be sorted the same thing happened 3times, The first parcel was a vintage car hood worth plus £500 and it had been sent to my club but forwarded on by MyHermes and fortunately my wife spotted it by chance on our rubbish bin. :-( Unbelievable bad delivery in East Sussex

There should be an option to give no stars because Hermes deserves not only NO stars but to be exterminated. The stress they have caused me over the last few days has been unbelievable and unacceptable and to make matters worse they deny everything! Luckily I have proof of their incompetence and have paypal on my side. They cost me money to pay someone to help me take the package to a drop off shop as their collection service (even though I paid for this) is a joke. What really got me was that they didn't care and had the cheek to say that the package had been collected. They were supposed to phone me back but never did. I wasted 2 days of my life waiting in for something that never happened. I will never ever use this company again. Goodbye Hermes.
