Not returning my money back after they cannot give my plane ticket
I booked a ticket on this website myhappyeticket going to Belgium last August 27,2013 using my credit card but they emailed me back saying that my credit card could not be used due to some technical problem and they suggested me using a bank. transfer to their account. I do as what they say ....transfer my money to the account they give me but after two weeks they emailed me saying they have given me the US customers account ,they asked to look to my account because they send me back my money and they give me the account for their non-US-costumers and asked me to send it their and they will pay all the bank to bank expenses . So, i check my account and i send back the money to them using the new one they have given me.
Weeks passed and i don't have any news about my ticket and my flight is fast approaching. I emailed them two days before my flight asking wheres my ticket..they replied saying they will send it to me in 24 hours ; I waited more than 24 hours but i no ticket arrived. I emailed again to them saying that i will just cancel my reservation to them and i will just buy another ticket . Hours before my flight...if i'm not wrong they replied me apologizing about what happen to my reservation and some reason .....to finish they told me that they will just refund my money back . Now, it's already more than one month and i didn't receive any news from them . I emailed them a couple of times but there's no reply. I just want my money back .

Paid airfare ticket and didn't receive tickets
i used my happy ticket website to book a trip from mcallen tx to san francisco. I booked ticket and was later contacted telling me that my credit card could not be used due to some technical problem that was going to get fixed until 10 days laters and they suggested me using the ZipZap payment method to send the payment, which unfortunately i did.....they sent me an invoice with nearby areas where that service was offered and i sent the payment. I sent the payment on May 15th 2013 and i only received one more email after that saying that my order was processing. I started sending emails as my trip was getting closer (in July 14 2013) towards the end of May and early weeks of June, I started sending emails to the person, Julia Orozco, who had been contacting me in regards to my information and through the website page. June 15th already and I haven’t heard anything about my plane ticket reservation. I used a different name and email and contacted them using the webpage stating that i needed to send them a payment and got an answer on the second day i sent the email form a Patrick asking me to send them my key order number. I reply to his email letting him know i will send my key order and about a concerned i had but my reply message was returned with an error message. His email [email protected] along with a [email protected] appeared on the error message.
