I received my package, with over €100 in items, and one item was not packaged correctly and burst while in transit. I sent a notice via the order history page and no answer. I then emailed via the email on their homepage on Friday August 27th after receiving my order. There was a response that day with a link to their homepage. I replied asking what was needed and it is now Wednesday, September 4th with no response. All I wanted was either a replacement or a refund. The service so far has been lackluster and will not be ordering again.

DEAR UK buyers, if you're like myself sick of aspartame in Dr Pepper, that pretty much makes it tastes NOTHING like it's meant too. Buy it from here it's the original recipe and is well worth the price. Decent delivery time (about 4/5 working days) and the free gifts was a lovely surprise, not had nerds for years and the cereal looks very interesting, this might be subjected to how much you spend! Will 100% be back. P.s please don't get rid of the Dr Pepper you supply.

Their site is deceiving. I purchased a Maple Syrup "Jug" - the picture shows a 500ml container and what arrived was a thimble sized 100ml (5 times less, and not a jug). Slap Ya Mama - 8oz shown, 4oz received. It's true that they also list the correct sizes in the details but it's misleading nonetheless especially when buying many items. I tried multiple times to put reviews on their site commenting on this, but voilà, for some reason they were never posted!

The shipping was nice :)
I live in Denmark, and the shipping was pretty fast. Although, when i got my stuff, i ordered an Oreo Brownie. And it was about 1 month expired. I emailed them about the problem, and i got good feedback.
I could choose between sending my products back, if i was unhappy (which i was). Or get a 30% discount on the candy i bought.
I had chosen to get the 30 % discount, since nothing was wrong with all the other candy.
The lady was very nice, and we solved the problem. She also mentioned that there actually wasn't a problem with eating it, even tho it was expired. But i still chose to dicard it.
I would recommend! But just keep it in mind, what had happended to me :)

My first order went perfectly fine all received. However my second order, got a notification from the shipping company to say the item was damage and is being returned. I wait over a week and heard nothing from My American Market. So I email them and now 4 emails and over 2 weeks later I have had not 1 response to my emails and still haven’t received my order. I would have assumed they would have resent my order when the returned one arrived back, or at least a response email to let me know whats happeng but no. So I’m left with no option but to try and get a refund and find a new website to purchase my sodas from.
Ok so since my last review I have received a response from My American Market. They apologised for the delay and explained what happened and have resent the package out. So hopefully this one will arrive ok. But since they have made contact the service has been extremely good and they were very helpful. Hopefully the replys will continue to be more regular.

Terrible experience and I will never order from them again. After a whole week of payment being confirmed I received no tracking information. I left messages with no response. I had to call them to ask about my order and it had not yet been dispatched. I didnt need it again because christmas was the next day and I ask to cancel order(which I couldnt do on the site) and for an immediate refund and they refused saying I have to wait to receive the package and return it to get a refund. What a waste of time. Pay with paypal if you must use the site. That way you can easily get your money back. I absolutely regret ever stumbling on this useless site. Edit: According to your reply you lie when you say i left one email today, I messaged you since last week and you didnt respond and you took more than one week to dispatch my package still and you were of no help on the phone when i asked for a refund. So dont even try to discredit my review with your lies. I am without the package on christmas and i have to wait to receive it and have it returned before i can get a refund. What an absolute waste of time and money.

Placed an order on 31st October 2018; as per their website: "My American Market aims to dispatch all paid orders placed on the same day or the very next business day. You will receive your package’s tracking number by e-mail after your order is shipped."
I haven't received a tracking number, I contacted customer services on 12th November - haven't received any response, I contacted their Facebook page - haven't received any response.
I've checked the other reviews about this company and wish I had done this before ordering - it seems like the company just makes excuses as to why orders aren't delivered. At this point I just want a refund as I have no doubt my order won't arrive and will have very disappointed recipients at Christmas.
*Edit*: yes, their ‘jedis’ got back to me with a solution that they couldn’t fulfil. I’ve now requested to cancel my order and await a full refund. Not sure how a warehouse could have so many problems using the same excuse for months on end... a bit suspicious don’t you think!

Unfortunately, after years of ordering, I am now faced with the fact that I have paid for an Order NOT YET RECEIVED. It is "PENDING" somewhere en Route with the Courier.
I receive NO HELP from MAM ... they have automatic electronic "responses" thru a Link to click on but does NOT work .. they are no messages at this link, but only the Homepage from MAM. Clever! Do they expect me to order again? There are no messages on my account ..
Either they credit my account or fix the problem with the transport company or send me my order with another courier .. this is not rocket science...what happenned to authentic Customer Service?

Placed my order on the 16th of September. The tracking information just says that it has shipped. Emailed on Monday, still no response. This is 100% a scam website. Definitely would not recommend ordering from them, will never order from them again. Will be taking this further to ensure I get compensated,

My 2nd latest purchase was delayed, the latest purchase was in Denmark 3 working days after buying - all items (peanut butter) had the expiry date as described on the homepage, very happy customer again.

After a month waiting for my order, I need to send several messages to My American Market, and they gave me the absurd answer that my address does not exist (I do national and international purchases very frequently for this address for years and I never had any problem) and they canceled my purchase. The service of this site is not recommended for anyone. Just headache, inconvenience and a lot of disappointment.

OK, I have to admit it... I was wrong this time. I had a bad experince back in 2011 with a delay of over a month and I jumped on their throat.
But this time the box arrived TWO DAYS BEFORE THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE AND EVERYTHING IN THE BOX WAS IN PERFECT SHAPE.
Sorry for the bad review, although my box travelled all over Europe...
