Having got an email saying MPN was no longer trading from the first of February, I followed the connection instructions provided for the new server, LE VPN. I've had nothing but headaches over the last four hours, with having either no success in connecting to them, to having no internet connection at home until I unistalled their programme. My phone does not receive bbc video on the iplayer either. I think this compulsory changeover is going to be a disaster. Not interested in following remote instructions from someone 1000 miles away after having had trouble free service for 4 years. A shambles!

My VPN say its easy to install, its not, its garbage and a waist of money. When you email them all they do is send you a number and say someone will contact you in 12 hours. Then nothing, no help no easy way to install. They are a con and wont answer me when I ask for my cash back.
Don't go any where near them.
I did post this but I am totally wrong, they were fixing things in the back ground working tirelessly to fix my problems. I unreservedly apologise for what I said, I should of trusted them and waited. My VPN works very well now and I would recommend there services.

During the last couple of months, I have experienced difficulty in being able to connect through VPN. My Private Network customer support is second to none. The technical support staff is experienced and ever so patient.

The support I received when having problems setting up the VPN with Kodi was absolutely first class. Being familiar with Kodi , but no expert, and not knowledgeable with some of the terminology when transferring files etc the support team were thorough, professional and extremely sympathetic. The problem turned out to be complicated but the team continued to provide support until the VPN was successfully installed and fully functional. Brilliant service from an extremely dedicated and helpful team. I would have no hesitation in recommending My Private Network. Thankyou, great service.

I have used MPN for a few years now and living abroad in a country that is not a free as we are used to can mean we find things restricted, especially the internet. On changing my internet provider I lost connecting to "My Telly" completely I couldn't even open up the ITV Hub web page on my desktop or both of my laptops so watching UK TV was becoming a nightmare. I contacted MPN who guided me through a few things to try but to no avail then they asked if I would be willing to have one of their engineers take over my PC to check things. I agreed to this and they made me an appointment that was at a time of my choosing. I connected with the engineer and let him/her take over my computer and when he/she had finished I was back watching ITV Hub. All this was at no cost to me at all. WHAT AN EXCELLANT 5 STAR SERVICE. I would be totally lost living abroad with out MPN. I highly recommend this service if you need to use a VPN. Many thanks to MPN. Eamonn.

Your software works well but your documentation sucks,
For example I forgot how to use the software on windows 10.
Ended up changing my password. So , checked knowledgebase for how to use software on windows 10 - no luck. Remembered how it worked.
Tried to connect to GBR (The service I paid) for. Does not connect, does not ask for password, try my laptop - fails - not asked for password.
Back to Kbase -only think i can find on password is how to change it on your site - not how to change it in the app or windows 10 software.
Do you actually get someone non technical who does not use the software to try out your documentation?

I was pleased from the first day. I did have a technical problem which was quickly solved by their technician. The wide variety of servers has helped me shop freely from wherever I want without having my VPN blocked. The price is very affordable too.

One or two technical issues (not necessarily due to the app) received rapid responses from the support people. So far (touch wood) we have not had any "not available in your location" from UK TV channels which was main reason for taking out subscription.

Been with MPN for years but we had problems with our router. Contacted MPN and it turns out we were using an old VPN program. Anyway as we only use it for UK TV streaming they suggested their "My Telly" open DNS option. They took me right thru it within hours and Bingo, all OK again.
Really FAB service.
