I have had to put a "stop payment" on multiplay with my bank, as they have continued to charge me a monthly fee, even after their claim of not hosting servers and not able to issue invoices. I have confirmation from my bank that it is in fact Multiplay who are still charging.
What's worse, is that I have had to submit a ticket three times now, as their ridiculous automation keeps archiving my tickets, stating that they have not heard a response from me within 48hours. The reason I'm not responding is because I'm waiting for their apparent manager to investigate and get back to me. They are close in forcing me to take legal action, as they are owing in the hundreds. If you are having similar issues, please post here.

Closed my server down on 28th Feb and promised to refund me the remaining 4 months. It has now been 11 weeks since they shut it down and it's like getting blood from a stone trying to get my money back. Excuse after excuse, you would think I was after a fortune and not just a few pounds.
I held a server with them for many many years and expected better of them.

Its a pitty that the game hosting has to be shut down but that's business, support team was very helpful and prompt with any issues.

I've contacted support after finding out i was being charged 2 dollars more than what i was shown on their website's receipt along with several smaller .15$ being charged every couple of days. To keep the server running for a year it should of cost me 120$ but with everything added up monthly it will cost me over 200$. They explained that it was something to do with my bank. I called my bank and they told me that it was infact not them that was charging extra, that it was the amount that multiplay requested to be sent out even though the receipt i got in my email said it was suppose to be 11$ 10 for the server and 1$ startup but nope i was charge 13$, so the next month was suppose to be back to 10$ nope try 12$. So after talking to the customer support i told them i would like to get a refund since they overcharged me. they said they would talk to there financial team. They replied the next day with "I just had a quick word with our finance team and I will be unable to refund the current month as it's outside of the one day grace period for renewal. However, I am still canceling your server." The first part is understandable but the second part is not "However, I am still canceling your server" I still had 14 days on the server remaining, and they just canceled it with out even asking me if i would still like it to be canceled since i did not get a refund. So now i got no refund and no server cause they are money grabber that will overcharge you with fees. and cancel your server if you request a refund. Other than the customer support the servers are fine so this rating is for their customer support not the servers.

Bad support. Email support request will be 8 9 hours almost 1 day to reply. The problem was not solved, so keep calling is continuous review. I do not understand what is considered, while the Server problem with DDOS is not resolved and resolved

Useless support , downtime on my TS3 server several days since it was utdated and also not updated to the 3.2 as i was told and when the updated to 3.3 it was unstable and crashed several times also they do not inform me on email about update or downtime anymore .

I have rarely had any issues with my server. The few times that I had an issue they have responded quickly to my ticket and fixed the server right away. They are pretty awesome!!!!!

We have STILL NOT received our refund (75% refund promised due to a torrent of terrible service and an outage of 7 days) as promised by Mike A. Let's not forget about the outright fraud and breach of contract. Multiplay created TWO BILLS with conflicting dates. They closed our Teamspeak server down (without warning) FOUR DAYS EARLY and DELETED our service. We had to set up our TS again they lost (aka DELETED) ALL OF OUR SETTINGS!!! This caused a MESS of confusion and outrage guild wide.
They have had a SERIES of outages this past year, multiple times we were down for DAYS at a time.Two times we were down an entire week each.
Completely UNRELIABLE SERVICE! If you are a GAMING GUILD, FORGET IT... look elsewhere.
Do yourself a favor and PICK ANOTHER HOST, these guys are way too slow to the point of GROSS INCOMPETENCE and fraud. Its breach of contract. And we plan to file a case as we are not getting our issue resolved!!!

EDIT 8/30: These are lies Michael. And misrepresentations. We were PAID IN FULL THREE DAYS before our server was to expire. You might want to CHECK THE FACTS BEFORE YOU POST. It was set to expire TODAY in 8/30/18 and I have the contract. If ANYONE WANTS TO SEE IT, I'll forward it to them. Your team made the error and turned us off on the 26th., based on a BILLING ERROR. Then you deleted ALL of our teamspeak settings. You sent exactly ONE EMAIL, a few minutes before you canned our account. No emails received before then. Lastly Magnus your LvL2 tech says you DO have a tool that CAN restore our service and that he didnt know how to use it BUT YOU DID! You need to get your ACT TOGETHER and train your team better sir!!!
UPDATE: 8/30: Michael and I are in discussion via email. Let's see how this goes! We are hopeful, and seeking resolution that is fair.
UPDATE: 9/19: 2 1/2 weeks ago I was promised a 75% discount by Mike Assis and have YET to receive it. Shameful. EVERYONE has dropped the ball thusfar.

UPDATE 3/5/19 --- They shut down. I caught them double billing us, and then locking us out and deleting our backup on us so we couldn't retrieve it. Lastly they never refunded 75% of the bill as they promised to do. Bad actors. DON'T TRUST THEM!!!

Servers are fantastic, All Mods are loaded Fine, Graphics are just unbelievable, only problem i have, that really bugging me at the moment is, i cant take my character to me other clustered Server, i have to make a new one up, im thinking it might be something i have done in the setting, but if i cant work it out, im sure customer help will.
