Order and delivery were fast and easy. The product (lamp) that came had large scratches on very visible spots so I decided to return the article.
E-mails have been answered after three days. First I was offered a discount (fair enough) which I declined due to the high visibility. Then I was offered another discount (quite annoying) which i declined aswell. Then I have been asked to send pictures which I have done. I have then called the only available numbers as I was tired of the whole e-mail chain. No help on the phone.
After several e-mails back and forth I was sent the return slip to print and send back. Money was also refunded. Anyway I got the sense they wanted to save the money for sending it back. Fair enough... but then they shouldn‘t advertise that sending back is uncomplicated.

I bought a replica Swan chair. Upon delivery I noticed that the measurements are much smaller than mentioned on Muloco's site. So I contacted Muloco, I sent them pictures etc. I mailed them at least ten times, I telephoned them at least ten times. However, in spite of their promises, they have not solved the complaint yet. It has been FIVE MONTHS now! Apparently they believe that fooling and ignoring clients after receiving the client's prepayment, suits them best. They promised to send me the missing parts - but they don't send it. Then they said "the missing parts have to be made, we don't now how long this will take". But according to their site, that chair is still in stock. I said: "remove the missing parts from a chair in your stock and send it to me", but they refuse to do so.
As a lame excuse they send me a free gift (a ridiculous thing which I gave away. It does not make up for the mistakes they make!).
I have written and emailed to them for at least twelf times, and I have called them on the phone many times. However: no result - for five months. Meanwhile I can still not use the chair because the measurements are much shorter than described on their site. Meanwhile the chair is useless and blocking my way in the hallway. I now consider throwing it away because it's not useable in the living room where I bought it for. I find Muloco very very untrustworthy.

Terrible, incompetent service and bad product quality
- Bought a table, which is obviously in poor condition and bad quality (Noguchi table, loose and shaky)
- Trying to get this returned takes 3 (!!!!) months now - and it's still not solved
--> better check for Superstudio or other replica sellers

Order and delivery was as quoted by Muloco. I would return it if I could but unfortunately I was out of the country when it was delivered-a friend accepted it. I am now outside of the window of return. The chair was assembled by myself and a friend yesterday 5th January 2019 it was a complex operation. It is very uncomfortable-far too low and the arm rests are not secured sufficiently insofar as one keeps falling off. It is a very expensive and embarrassing mistake not to be repeated. The service was good but the item is not.

We were nervouse about ordering the Achille Castiglioni Arcor Lamp - White Base given the reviews but we recived excellant service. The 64kg marble base was well protected by a wooden frame, the shade was well packed and all arrived in perfect nick. We ordered on the 4th of July and the lamp arrived in north west london on the 9th. Looks great, works well. To any one buying the light, you may need a mini screwdriver to fit the final curve and it comes with a european plug.

I placed an order with them last Sunday and transferred over 800€ to the Irish bank account that I was sent by email.
I sent them an email after my purchased and after making the bank transfer and have not heard anything back since!
I have tried to call their phone number over 5 times and it does not even seem to be calling!

I accidentally forgot to update my address on my account and ordered some accesoires. I realised my mistake and called the Customer services number. The lady I spoke to was so pleasant and understandin - she sorted everything out for me (Updated my address, re-ordered the items) - and on top of that, gave Me free delivery. Will definitly recommend shopping with Muloco after this!

I ordered an item of furniture last October. They promised delivery mid December. It is now mid-January and it has not arrived. They seldom answer their phones and when they do they promise to investigate and call back ... which they never do. Email is the same.
To make matters worse they have taken the money from our credit card. We are raising the matter with the fraud squad now - I see other reviewers have had the same terrible experience.
This is without question the worst on-line experience I have ever had, I would strongly advise against using this company

The product for the money is ok, for a fake pretty good quality but one article I tried to send back which was an odysee. The costumer services takes several days to reply and they asked me around 4 times if I really want to send it back and offered me always a bigger discount. Which is nice but I said from the beginning that I dont want to keep it. In the beginning they asked me for a picture of the product, after around 7 emails between the company and me they askd me for a picture of the package which they could have asked in the beginning. Still I dont have the paper to send it back, hope someday I can manage to send it back!

I ordered my Eames Lounge Chairs in Autumn last year.
The chairs are very comfortable but were supplied with three flaws.
Several months and many emails and photographs later, only one of the flaws has been corrected.
Judging by my experience, and that of others on the site here, their approach seems to be one of not caring greatly about quality control then offering discounts if you are not happy, rather than resolving the actual issue.
Overall, I would simply prefer to received what I had ordered.
Do use if:
You want designer furniture at 1/10th the price
Don't use if:
You don't like being messed about

I think there should be warnings against this company: I had a very bad experience with them (I note my bad review does not appear on their website!) I think they are rip off merchants - I had no real response to the question where is my order until I got the fraud squad involved. Then my chaise arrived without any communication. It's an inferior product; the photo on their website was very clearly not the product I received.

I highly recommend to buy the Lounge Chair and Ottoman from MULOCO.
Since my childhood I loved the Eames chair with the ottoman from Herman Miller and my father practically "lived" in it ;) . I always wanted one for myself. Well... the Herman Miller chair has an "outstanding" price so I was looking for a good alternative.
FOUND IT ! From the day of my order to the day of delivery in France it took exactly one week. I asked for the delivery date by phone (a very nice and polite lady) and got an e-mail answer the same day. MULOCO did send a message after they received my money transfer (3% off price) and another message the same day when the two parcels have been shipped out. Everything went absolutely smooth and easy. The chair and ottoman arrived in perfect condition, very well packed. It was easy to follow the "Assembly Diagram" and for chair and ottoman it took me (no help!) about 40 minutes. The colour of the wood is lovely and the leather is smooth and has a nice quality. It really doesn't have to be the Herman Miller edition for 5K and more. I'm very happy with this purchase and I would always buy again from MULOCO.

Love my Eames chair. It's beautiful and the wood and leather used is priceless! It's super comfy, too. From this angle: a definite 5 star review!
One star short because of a few minor glitches:
1) Apparently the online customer account is broken. I could log in, but I wasn't able to see my payment gone through, nor the order status.
2) Customer service (in German) replied in an eye blink and ensured having received the payment, telling me my order is being processed.
3) Date given in this email was a little off the prediction.
I didn't receive any note on that.
Therefore I've emailed customer service again, informing me that the delivery's due in a few (more) weeks.
4) A couple of weeks later, out of the blue I found a note by the parcel delivery service in my mailbox. Strange, because I didn't order anything apart from the Eames.
5) After emailing Muloco (again) they told me - my Eames is on its way.
6) I coordinated with DPD for being at home for the delivery. Thanks to the great delivery guy, the Eames finally made it.
The essence: it'd be nice Muloco following up on delivery dates, delays and also sending out a note when the furniture is on its way to be prepared or at least at home.
Also, one of the legs had a few litte dents on the metal surface. Muloco offered me a 20 Euro discount after reporting it.
It's not highly visible, so I am fine, and I didn't want to re-assemble it - but in an ideal world the chair would have been immaculate.
And: I am pretty sure that the BLUE I've ordered is now much darker than the blue that I've initially seen on the website when I put in the order. Now, it's super dark navy nearly black. Or is it black? Funnily enough, it goes really well with my other furniture.
Therefore, I'd highly recommend asking for a leather sample before ordering.
Overall - I'd order again.
The piece of furniture great, the price given.
