I was travelling to Glostrup from Herlev. The temperature was 26 degrees and requested him to open the top window of the bus. He replied very harshly as if I was asking his daughter for date. Spoke saveral racist words as I couldn’t speak in Danish. He directly went on my skin and hair color. Man I am living in 21st century and one of the best countries in the world, still racism exists here. I want to report this old driver. Please consider my review movia!!

They deserve 0 stars for their lousy service. 70% of my bus experience with this company have always been bad. Its always either late or cancelled.

Plastic instead of a ticket of paper. Even worst the access to your data on your phonemobile.
Since 19th Januar the Pubblic transportation in Danmark forces the people to have the pass or with a plastic badge, that costs you 8 euro or through the mobile. Why? to steal more money and to check wich bus, train or metr you take and to go where. Big brother. They say to save paper, ridicolous because daily tickets are still available and because they waste a lot of paper just to advice that a zone changed from here to there.
And since when the plastic is better than a recycled paper?
A decision that didn't take care at all of the customers, done in one way, and full of miserable excuses to see their own app between the most used. Or sell this electronic plastic card with a fee.
This rating is also valid for the other companies like Arriva, Anchersen, Metro,and who else that cover the munipality of Copenaghen and or all Danmark.

I was litterly running towards my bus (line 120), and as the driver sees me she slams the door, looks at me, shrugs her shoulders and drives a hundred meters down the road where the bus have to stop for a red light. Seriously what kind of person does that? As a consequence, I have realised that I need to buy a car in order to get away from Movia’s unreasonably rude busdrivers!!! Get it together.

i made a ticket 2 zone from Bodenhoffs Plads (Prinsessegade)
￼Busterminal direction Nordvest, then at one point come the controller at Hulgårds Plads (Frederikssundsvej) Busterminal, he give me a sanction because my ticket was say Zone 43??? and zone 2??? is not my mystic apparently movia send out people not even know where they do live and work! one attitude of a gangstar! im sure about it, if that dude making sanction for fun it was in my land we was send him to push around the bus!! they making mystic on the sale of the ticket and they give you a bad day because they're no sense position! know i got to call send mail for no reason! they just pretend they're the right people???? MOVIA YOU ARE A HUGE SPAM AND SCAM FOR ALL THE DANISH SOCIALITY!!!!

I understand the concept of a monopolist, but this company really is at the bottom of the barrel. How is it possible to be so unprofessional. Buses drive like the wind blows, they do not keep to their schedule one bit or simply don't come at all. But instead of showing some service mindedness, they simply drive on if you do not manage to stand exactly at the station when they happen to pass by, even if they come too early. Do they even realise that people are depending on their service, that it is not exactly fun when you have to pick up your kid or drive to work and the bus does not show up for fully 40 minutes? Their customer service is laughable, and simply denies everything. When will the ministry for transport finally step in and do something? It's ridiculous for a rich and modern country like Denmark to have such poor public transport.

Standing at a bus stop, and the driver simply drove by. The bus was not full, he simply did not pay attention to where he should stop. Next bus came 20 minutes later.

Originally, I thought Movia was the worst bus company, but since I moved to Aalborg and experienced the 20th century Nordjyllands Trafikselskab, I realised Movia is quite competent.
