Mixed product quality. The denim was not the quality that I would expect for the price. It looks and feels cheap, not at all how it looked in product photos. They also do not fit true to size.
Short try-on/return window. I was traveling for work when the jeans were delivered (they were a gift), and when I got back from my trip and tried them on and found I didn't like them, I was told that the return window had closed and that I could only exchange them or take store credit. They refused to budge on this and said that their system wouldn't allow it.
Unprofessional customer service. This was the most frustrating part of the experience - their customer service was confusing, unresponsive, and overall just really lacking. Maybe I'm just old-fashioned, but I think it's unprofessional to use winking emoticons and fake-friendly chat-speak when you are trying to resolve an issue for someone. It comes across as insincere and disrespectful.
I ended up donating the jeans. Would not buy from Mott & Bow again under any circumstances.
