Very well organised. Very good point. No stress, beautiful places !
The guide was disappointing (no konwledge about the places we went through, very simple minded, etc.).

Very good organization, welcome at the airport and transportation to lodge despite heavy traffic at Montreal. Arriving a Saturday would have been better but not proposed on booking. Good common briefing. Nice hotel but a little too big for us (150 rooms). No help to climb 3 floors with luggages at arrival. Very good food from buffet and kindness of restaurant's personnels except for the special menu served one evening at the table that was really average.
Activities were nice but there was really too much people in this holidays period of time specially during week end.
One (very friendly) coach for 24 snow raquettes walkers of very different levels in place of 2 groups was pitiful. Skidoo was very interesting but coach didn't present us the trip on a map before starting, he was also too often out of sight with fast drivers that could have been dangerous in case of accident of slower drivers. Skidoo trip was often only making kilometers, sometimes on regular car roads, going and returning by same ways, sometimes without explanations, and not a loop through nice roads with stops to be briefed about nature, probably by lack of snow. Pouvoiries of lunch were nice. At the end it was rather boring and tiring. Buggy was nice. Dogs cart was the best experience with really beautiful landscape kind animals and very friendly mushers.

We had some trouble with a family of the group but Canada Aventure Motoneige is not responsible at all and we had great times with the other members of the group. The guide was great and very patient with the annoying family.

Once you're out of the plane you're totally taken care of.
I had a wonderful experience.
Everything was perfect, brand new skidoo, confortable bed in friendly warm "pourvoiries". The food was excellent.
The guide, Gilles Lemieux, was exceptional, a perfect mix of humour, patience and calm that make you gain confidance on the snow.
A real perhaps too short break out of everyday life.
