Motobuys is an Internet-only dealer for Chinese Motorsports, I have some knowledge of the Motorcycle industry having spent 11 years working as a Technician and Service Manager before changing careers. On 12/11/20 I ordered a Trailmaster MB200 Mini Bike from MotoBuys (a Christmas gift for my son). I paid extra for Rush expedited handling ($59.00) Prior to ordering I called MotoBuys to confirm everything (spoke to Bob) and my order was sent to Trailmaster the next business day as promised. The bike was delivered 11 days later on 12/23/20. I did receive the correct model and color and there was no damage or defects. (Always remember to check ALL nuts and bolts are tight before riding!) The Certificate of Origin was sent inside the crate with the bike. Despite all the raving negative reviews MotoBuys absolutely did everything right on their end, and the smile on my kids face on Christmas morning was priceless! A big thanks to Bob and MotoBuys! Overall a great experience and highly recommended!

Initially the sales guy was very helpful when we called about a dirt bike. We got a confirmation of it shipping and an option to track it, but tracking was a joke. The freight company never called, and the ETA was off. Finally received a very damaged box, ripped open, with the interior parts box also ripped open. Called to report it and get assistance. They said to send an email with pictures and explanation of the damage. We only wanted a new box of parts to ensure we had everything for our son's Christmas present. (Not opening until after Christmas so he can help put it together with his Dad.) After a week of no response from customer service when we emailed, we called to follow-up. Chris, the General Manager, was a TOTAL jerk. He was disinclined to send another parts box, wanted us to try to put it together first and THEN see what was missing. I offered to send everything back that we didn't use, but we are worried about not having what we need for our son. My husband finally chimed in and said we'd either like a box of parts or we can return it. Chris started yelling about not taking threats. I told him we weren't making threats--we were telling him what options we see. Chris talked over me, was completely condescending, and instead of sending out a... $50 (?) parts box, he brusquely said they'd pick the bike up tomorrow. Unreal! I've never in my life dealt had such a horrible "customer service" experience. Save yourself a headache and buy from somewhere else!

We bought a comrade for Motobuys and it's sat in my garage since the day it arrived (arrived broken matter of fact). Requested to send it back immediately. Was told they would set it up to return. Never did. Then said it would cost us $1800 to return. Requested the parts to fix it. Took literally 2&1/2 months to get parts, which ended up being the wrong parts! So now 6 months later we still have a broken $7000 garage ornament.

Ordered a Challenger 200. It took forever to even get an update on delivery date. It took nearly 3 weeks from ordering. They sold it to us and did not even have in stock. After running it around for about 10 miles, the muffler fell off the tailpipe. We only ran it in our 3 acre yard. Nothing rough. I called twice, NO ANSWER, left 2 messages, and NO response. Sent an email, NO response. Sent another email, waiting. It has been over 2 weeks since it fell apart and still waiting on response. They are almost impossible to reach.

They had my money for a month before they refunded me because they don't have it in stock and they kept five hundred bucks.

Motobuys.com out of West Hills California is the worst. Stay away from them. I wrote a bad review on BBB and they harrassed me for it. They commented and said I used stolen card info but they emailed me something different proving they are very un honest people. Just pick a different place to purchase from so you dont have a bad experience.

I received the minibike in only 2 days after ordering it from Texas to Tennessee which was great in itself. But the best experience was this - When the driver was unloading it from the truck the cardboard on outside looked terrible and I thought there was no way it isn't damaged. So I tore all the cardboard off and they had packaged the bike inside an angle iron frame which had completely protected the bike from damage. I was impressed. Assembly was easy and it started on the very first pull. Thank you Motobuys.

My 2019 Odes Comrade 650 cc arrived with damage to the lower drivers side body on 07132020. . Driver noted it. I called Bob at Motobuys thst same day and he told me to take pictures and send them to him, including a picture of the front bumper that I later saw to be installed crooked. I sent them. I called today and spoke to Chris and he said the request was never received. Chris was unapologetic and hung up. Dont deal with this company. They take you money and run!!

We are very DISsatisfied with our product from Motobuys.
The product was supposed to be for older kids and have more power, hence Big Boy Buggy name.
It wont even go uphill with a 60 lb kid in it.
The tires wont hold air and the battery wont hold a charge.
CHEAP JUNK from CHINA.
Pay more for American Made.
This crap is JUNK

The product was never received. It was reported as undeliverable from the trucking company and when I contacted MotoBuys they were extremely rude. I would not recommend ordering from the company.

So let's start off by saying the process of giving our money was quick & easy, payment processed quickly. Everything after that was a headache. We initially bought different go-kart but they said they were having issues so they offered 150x but purchased 200 trailblazer. Long story short we kept trying track our order but wasn't easy. After two weeks we finally figured out where our trail master blazer was & we had wrong tracking number ((not our fault)) we paid for rush delivery but 3 weeks passed & having problems with MotoBuys contacting the delivery company to give the OKAY to deliver ((which wasn't our responsibility)) but played phone tag for a hole week!!! MotoBuys goes thru 3rd party company called BBPowersports which also caused a lot of confusion. Weeks later received the 80% assembled blazer. We Imagined wasn't going to be so bad to assemle but didn't get any directions for assembly & had to look for all missing parts for weeks!!! Called MotoBuys which send us a link to directions for different trail master blazer so you kind of have to just figure it out. ((Pay the extra for already assembled so you know your getting ALL your parts & not trying to scavenging thru internet for assembly directions)) Still assembling cuz of the missing parts!!!! These go-carts are Chinese made so its EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND SOMEONE TO TOUCH IT, cuz it's liability & hard find parts if anything gets broken.

Ordered Trailmaster MID xrx/r, couple of weeks ago, after researching the Internet and reading reviews. Motobuy had the best price with some positive and negative reviews. I have 5 grandkids who love to ride gocart, so I ordered the reverse model, as we have lots of space at our home. The cart is beautiful the head rests are molded into the seat, 4 point harness, gas tank is above the motor, duel headlights and horns, sealed - no maintenance battery, VERY NICE!!! I'm a DIY'er and ordered the un-assembled model. UPS delivered right to my garage door. Don't be surprised that cart and metal packaging extend over the sides of the wood pallet. Started to assemble and immediately noticed that one rear shock was missing. Called Sales immediately and was promised a quick (two day delivery) replacement. After a week, I called back and asked for update, received part next business day. First start of the engine was hard, had to open carb bowl drain to flush some fresh gas into bowl. After that, starts fine. I know there has been some negative reviews regarding delivery and customer service. I believe that Motobuy is located in Arizona and the warehouse is located in Texas. Because of the virus and recent civil unrest, my order was delayed. So far, I am VERY pleased and would give the gocart a 5 star and customer service a 3 (only because of the missing shock and couple of followup calls). Bottom line, be sure to order early, understand that warehouse is in Texas, and patience is a virtue. ENJOY!!!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. The guy on the phone, Bob Johnson stated he was the head honcho then proceeded to yell, curse and was beyond, BEYOND, rude and condensing when I inquired about my refund. Then he hung up on me. I feel like this company is a scam.

Where do I start? HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service from Bob Johnson who states he is head boss. He totally didnt listen, did nothing but argue and is beyond rude when I ask for a refund update. To have a head manager yell and boarderline cuss at me only to then hang up on me is baffling. How do I get my money back? RUN..RUN..RUN.

Just a warning. atv-quads-4wheeler.com = MotoBuys.com
All the bad ratings from Motobuys you can add atv-quads-4wheeler.com to see all the problems. I had a very bad experience with Motobuys.com so I ordered from atv-quads-4wheeler.com. To my surprise, My credit card was charged by Motobuys.com. I sent a cancellation notice to them and I am contacting my credit card to block all the charges. Good luck.

Bought this little bike as a commuter. It didnt work from day 1. The service people are slow getting back to you. I needed a part that had to ship from china so it took a while. Meanwhile your little warranty is dinging away while you wait. All warranty work is on you to do so I am wrenching it myself (although I do like doing that, I am just not that mechanically inclined so everything takes me a long time). Once the part was installed it started to rn, but it only pulls up to 2nd gear. It will go into 3rd but it immediately begins to lose speed. If you skip to 4th it slows down very fast. So this $1700 scooter goes about 25 mph. That is it. When I asked what we need to do to get this in 3rd gear, "MOTOBUYS" said "How fast are you expecting this vehicle to go? They top out at about 35mph with a smaller person on them". It doesnt say that in the ads. Some of the ads with their 49cc say they go 40 mph. I had a scooter with 49 cc that I could get up to 43 mph on level ground. So 25 mph is junk. STAY far away fromt his thing. Save your money.

DONT BUY FROM HERE! Scumbags are so disrespectful, worst customer service I've ever had. They want pictures of a credit card and drivers license because the shipping address is somewhere else. Are you joking me? Then they act so nasty about this and love hanging up. No manners at all. I even paid extra for quicker shipping and they take their sweet time in processing the order. What a joke. Morons
