On Dec 2019 my wife and I purchased a $1400 Simmons Beauty Rest 1000Hybrid mattress from Morgan Furniture Sparta,Tn. In the last few years we have spent over $11,000 at their establishment and have all the invoices to prove purchases. We have also recommended many people to purchase from Morgans. It is now only seven months after purchasing the mattress and it has a huge ridge separating my side from my wife’s side of the bed. Now we’re told that our complaint doesn’t meet Simmons requirements and Morgan Furniture refuses to make any restitution. We’re not demanding a new mattress just have this one repaired. I consider myself a valued customer in the past and feel as such we have been grossly mistreated.We have also filed a complaint with Simmons.
