Ordered a card for my boyfriend’s birthday last week - still hasn’t arrived 4 working days later and now has missed his birthday. Spoke to a member of their team on the phone and was told they have no tracking information for it and asked if I wanted another sending out (which was completely pointless, since it will arrive after his birthday.) I have always used moonpig and never had any problems before this, but I don’t think I’d use them in the future now.

I received a gift pack from Moonpig…
I received a gift pack from Moonpig sent to me by my son which cost £32. I received a small bunch of dead flowers, A flat balloon and a box of chocolates that you could buy the equivalent of in a local pound shop.I made a complaint to Moonpig directly who were unwilling to make any sort of amend unless they received a photo of the product. I explained that I'd thrown the products away as I didn't really want to keep a deflated balloon or a dead bunch of flowers. I don't think that's unreasonable? Moonpig customer service is appalling, their gift sets are overpriced with extremely poor quality products. The word 'RIP OFF' springs to mind. Buyers Beware. Sent a card to the US as my partner is based there on the 26 June as birthday on 3rd July. As of today (30th July) the card has still not arrived. tried to call their main number but too busy and should call again later. sent an email over a week ago and no response. probably one of the 2 customer service team members is at lunch.

Used for Valentine’s Day and they delivered late and incorrect. Used for my wife’s birthday and they delivered early and incorrect. Poor value and poor customer service. Strongly don’t recommend.

Daughters 21st birthday and only 1 of 3 gifts got to her. They tried to tell me daughter wasnt in and was carded delivery would be re-attempted tomorrow! Doh! She was there all day and had already taken delivery of 1 gift. I wanted her to have balloon bouquet and card on her birthday. When i tried to get them to rectify at 10.30am after 10 mins on hold was told to call Yodel. No luck, cut off twice by robot voice after 20 mins gave up and went back to Moonpig Manager who was useless! Had all day to try and rectify and didnt bother. Absolutely shoddy customer service. Will never use them again.

Ordered a Father’s Day mug with photos of me and my brother on it which I know he would have loved and never ended up getting it, then emailed about it and they got back to me quickly and apologised and was told it would be sent again and yet again no show. Emailed to ask for a refund and surprise surprise suddenly didn’t get any reply at all. Disappointed.

Ordered a personalised anniversary gift for my friends anniversary. After it didn’t arrive days after it should have I emailed them, for them to reply saying “it must have been lost in transit” they said they would send me another one out, to then reply and say it’s now out of stock. Awful professionalism and customer service, didn’t offer anything in the way of compensation.

My son ordered me flowers for Mothers Day. You should be called Moonpig.CON. My son works hard for his wages, so to have him spend it on a bunch of brown, dead, broken stems and lots and lots and lots of foliage is a shame. The flowers that came are nothing like what he ordered, only 9 flowers and they all something wrong with them. I phoned to complain, and i was sent another bunch the next day, When they arrived they looked ok, but NO, once again only had them 2 days and there all dead. You cant say i have not looked after them because i am a florist, so i know all about flowers. When i look at my flowers i should smile and think of my son, after all he got me them for Mothers Day, well i cant, i hate them, i am so cross with you, how can you keep selling RUBBISH, you should be ashamed of your company. All i will say is anyone out there, do not use MOONPIG, spend your money and go to a local supermarket, you will get fresh flowers that will last and look good, all i have had is 2 deliveries of bad flowers, would never use you , and i have told my family to NEVER send me your goods again,. Just received Bunch of flowers for a work colleague and i must say very disappointed with them. I Paid for extra flowers to go into the bouquet so it came almost to £40, What came? about 9 flowers look like a cheap bunch from garage and cost £5 absolute disgrace. Will never order flowers again from moonpig absolute rip off. I have sent them a request to come and collect them and refund me, would be embarrassed to give them to my colleague.

I ordered a card 23rd June for my husband's birthday. I paid over £8.00 for it including first class delivery, a week later it hadn't arrived so I went on the account only to see a note saying dispatch would be on the 30th May. I sent an email questioning this and got an email back saying my name didn't match the account so they couldn't discuss it and to change my name. I didn't need to as I had already done this and it is in my correct name and to top it off, there was another note saying DISPATCH will be 1st June. Absolutely disgusted with this service. I will be requesting a full refund.

My daughter sent me a mother's day present. What arrived was a huge box without a proper card, a single tray of chocolates and a bottle of wine all of which were less than she expected. To crown it all the supposed bouquet of flowers was a tiny miniature rose tree all of six inches high!! A total con and consequently I would never recommend Moonpig to anybody.

Absolutely rubbish company I ordered a special delivery for Saturday as my sons birthday on Sunday and they left a card for me to collect next working day !!! They could have left with my neighbors or posted it 😡😡😡
I paid a huge fee to have it delivered on time but oh no they didn’t deliver it?!?? Why the hell would it need a signature it’s ONLY A CARD

If I could give a "NO STAR RATING", I would. I ordered a mug and card for my granddaughter. Knowing how long things take to be delivered in Australia, the order was placed two weeks before her birthday. It has still not been delivered three days past that date. Having emailed to enquire about this order, I received a standard auto response, acknowledging my query. Nothing since. Useless company. Absolutely no customer service. USE AT YOUR PERIL!!.
