As a timelimited athlete we always seek, the small margins to improve performance, and prevent injury´s.
Last year i was struggling with injury´s, and balanced my training on the edge all year. Therefore this year my goal, was a strong and healthy body, did not focus to much on the bodyweight, but more focus on a healthy and strong body.
Therefor i started working with Montem.training towards Ironman South Africa, my plan was IM Worlds again 2019. My way to succes, was through consistent training, without injury´s and just logging the sessions day after day. The nutritional plan worked, Helle made the plan, i did the hard work.
