I placed an order in December of 2019 never received. No response to any requests for information or refunds. Total thieves!

I ordered 2 shirts for gifts on January 1st 2020. The money was taken from my account immediately. It is now May 2nd and I have never received anything !! I have written several e-mails and never even received a reply. I will admit the last couple were not very nice but I didn't say anything inappropriate. The only thing I ever received was them wanting to know why I wasn't ordering anything anymore. I should have read the reviews and checked the BBB beforehand. I agree whoever wrote the good reviews was either an employee or very lucky!

first they sent a bad tracking number for dhl, sent a new dhl number that does not work with dhl. works with Arrive and according oi Arrive package is still in Frankfort Germany. They will not answer my questions. Took my money Feb 4, over 40 days ago

How can this be,,, I ordered my t shirt Nov. 24th 2019. Still have not gotten it. After numerous e mails they said my order shipped via DHL gave me a tracking number. After a week of sitting in JFK Airport , I called DHL and they said my tracking number was not good.. I don't understand how so many people have had such a bad experience with this so called company and nothing gets resolved. I can't even get my money refunded. They should be fined and shut down!!!! All the reviews I read, only one person received their order. You suck monk central...who ever you are...

Worst ever! Reached out several times about product not received and even escalated it they pay pal and they never responded! Cannot trust this company and feel it has caused me not to order again thru fb site.

Bought a shirt in December. Never got the shirt. Contacted them multiple times via email and Facebook. No answer. Reported them to BBB. After they closed my complaint because they could not get any response, monk central has been spamming my email, saying they want me to order more stuff and offering discounts. O emailed the customer service again, and they reply with more advertising emails. They think it's a joke to take your money and not answer, then keep emailing like they're taunting. I hope someone gets them. I filed another BBB complaint.

I ordered a shirt for my son Dec, 27th. I have NOT received the item nor can I get a response from customer service after numerous tries.

Placed order, it was confirmed and money paid on 2/5/2020. I have emailed more than 5 times asking the status as their site says orders ships in 7 days. I cannot get a response. It has been 23 days since my order was confirmed. No word on shipping or anything. Am I going to get my order or do I need to file a complaint with PayPal???

never received items, only an cutesy email response. Finally filed a dispute with paypal to get a refund. all of their items come from china (should have known before we ordered),, would not even give 1 star but that is as low as we can give.

I ordered from them Dec 17th. 2019. They took my money out of my account right away. Still not order, I have tried to contact them no answer. What can I do now.

I ordered a t-shirt from this company and they took my money and have not heard anything from them since...i emailed and no response have u heard at all...i will not ever order again from them.

I ordered a t-shirt as a gift for Christmas. It was two weeks before when I ordered it. I did not get it at that time. I received it two weeks in to February. It took so long I forgot what I had ordered. I just write it off as a loss. They will never hear from me again!

They are a total scam. Great pics of t-shirts with great prices - but merchandise never received. DO NOT ORDER. Order placed December 2, 2019, they took the money within 24 hours and I have yet to receive anything more than a "confirmation" e-mail stating they are in the process of processing and shipping my order. Stay totally away from them.

I ordered a T-shirt early in December in hopes it would arrive before Christmas. The site says 7 to 14 days delivery time. It is now February 1st and I still have not received my tshirt. I have sent several emails, the last one just a few days ago and I asked them to just issue a refund. Have not heard anything back. I wonder if they still exist.

I ordered a shirt in November as a Christmas present. It's Groundhogs day and still hasn't shipped. They won't return my emails, no refund, and no shirt.

I ordered a shirt on December 6th and have not received it after several gmails. Wish I would have read the reviews first. The 144 reviews with a 5 star rating were put there by the rip off monk central.

How sad this is for a company to do this to people ... i placed an order back in Nov 2019 and like everyone else have not received my order nor have they returned my money (have requested my refund several times) ... received an email stating my order was placed to someone else (i hope whoever it was has a good time with my order) ... i also contacted paypal and BBB ... DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE !!!

I ordered shirts on Dec 3, they took my payment, sent me a message thanking me for my order and that I would have it in 7 to 10 days. Today Jan 19th no order and no response to messages (several) email or Facebook messenger. If I could give them negative stars I would.

I am going through the exact issues that apparently all others are that have ordered from this scam company. I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. Lesson learned.

I ordered 3 shirts for Christmas on 11/17/19 (plenty of time to be delivered before Christmas). Today is 1/8/20 and as of today there has been more than 10 emails sent to Monk Central requesting help to get issues resolved because as of current date there has been no product received and they have not refunded my money either. Out of all the emails I have sent them, I have gotten only one response from them. This was their response that came in AFTER Christmas about their products which were purchased to be Christmas gifts for family members:

"First of all, I'd like to apologize for the bad experience. We're working and doing our best to make your order reach by first week of January.
Most probably, you can expect to receive the tracking information in a few days.

We're coordinating with DHL, USPS and UPS consistently to make your order reach you on time.
We totally understand what it means to you. In fact, I personally sent a tee to my relative and the order is from the same batch as yours (I just checked).

I'm here looking into it all the time and I'm doing my absolute best to make it reach you on time.
I know this isn't your problem and is something that we at Monk Central should take care off. We are, trust me.
I'm just being transparent with you.

Please don't feel that you're being cheated, nopes, not at all. We're working day in and day out. Christmas time has been the best time of the year for every eCommerce company in terms of sales. And the shipping partners are having a tough time shipping the orders throughout.

You can expect to receive the tracking information via email. Doing our best to make it reach you by first week of January..

Today, I filed a complaint with the BBB. I wish I had had the mind to do a review search of this company prior to placing an order. It's a lesson learned on my behalf and obviously I am not alone based on the many reviews that have been left here. These folks are thieves!

I ordered a T-shirt for a gift for Christmas, still haven't received it! I contacted them with my order number asking where my order was and when I can expect delivery. They have not answered. I will NEVER order from them again!

Will not answer emails & have not sent products.
I reported them to the BBB.
Have also reported to PayPal so I can get my money back.

I still haven't gotten my order after months of waiting and correspondence full of lies from them. They'll take your money and lie and say it's either on its way or already shipped but you'll NEVER get it and the feed you bull$#*!! Go somewhere else SCAM!!
