I was seeking professional cleaning for a house I recently purchased in Rosamond, California. I found Mini's Maids service on Yelp and talked to Audrey Moni who said she would provide the cleaning service for $350. The first day she was supposed to be in route, after an hour past the appointed time she called me to apologize that the maids were stuck in traffic. She called back a few times to ask if I can simply reschedule to the next day for $300. I agreed, and then when she arrived the next day I gave her the cash upfront and let her clean the house. After about an hour, she called me to let me know the house was finished. I briefly inspected but I also asked her if she specifically cleaned inside the kitchen drawers and window sills along with countertops, in which she affirmed with no doubt in her mind to me. The next day, as my wife and I were moving belongings into the house, my wife realized the countertops, drawers and window sills along with the windows were not cleaned. Nothing was cleaned like Moni claimed. My wife and I tried to call and text Moni multiples times to ask for a re-cleaning, but for many hours we couldn't get a response from her. The next day, she texted back asking to come at 9am the following day to accomplish re-cleaning. My wife went to meet her at my house at 9am, but Moni never came even after hours of calling and texting. My wife attempted to find her at the address she provided on the yelp app, but upon going there she only found a man in a residential house who claims to know nothing about Moni. I'm still trying to contact Moni but she turned her phone off and it goes straight to voicemail. Please help me
