These people are awful and can't even ship your first order from them. They lie to you and just do not care. Honestly the worst online shopping experience I've ever had.

I ordered Mission Impossible vinyl, received Adventure Time (about 3 weeks after ordering).
It took Mondo over a week to despatch my order which I find pretty poor. When it did arrive and I contacted them about the issue it took them 24 hrs to respond which is industry standard I guess.
So a new order has been raised for correct item and I'll get an email when correct item has shipped. 3 days now and no email. So the fact they've made an error their end they seem in no rush to put my order out for shipment. You certainly don't feel like you're a priority at mondo.
Given this is the 5th review on trust pilot and someone else has already mentioned receiving a wrong item you've got to wonder what the warehouse process is like.
I like there items but I won't be ordering from them again given the fiasco of this order.
A 2nd gripe of mondo (I mainly buy there vinyls off ebay / amazon) is most of the vinyls I've bought from them are quite poor on playback. Lots of surface noise and popping noise. Not great at all in my opinion. Needs attention all round.

I ordered my first item from here the other week.
I ordered a vinyl and it turned up here to the UK within a week or so, which is very quick. I was happy with that! The price including shipping was very reasonable for an international order.
The only one drawback... Which could have potentially been a big one is that at one point, the package tracking stated that there was an issue with my item. I contacted mondo via Instagram, and directly via their website to ask if they could look into it. I didn't, and still haven't received a reply. At the same time I contacted the courier direct, who informed me they had resolved the issue and it was all sorted. It turned out well for me, but I feel that Mondo should have at least responded.
All in all, it was happy with the item a D how quickly I got it, but do worry that if I ordered from them again, and there was a problem with my order, that I wouldn't be able to get I touch with them to sort out any problems.

Never again. I placed an order back in September for a gift in December. I initially they saod October. October became November. In November they said for certain it would go out by the end of the month.
End of the month and they don't andwer email. They still haven't seen the messages I sent to their Facebook messenger. Their listed phone number doesn't work. They STILL have no way to check order status on their site. Only when I called them out on one of their Facebook posts did they reply.
Oh yeah, some people got their stuff already. They'll get to mine in a few days.
One of the single most unprofessional companies I've tried to buy from online. They give small businesses a bad name because they treat their shop like something they work at when they feel like it. There seems to be very few quality standards and the customers are an afterthought.
Never, ever again.

Bought their Batman: The Animated Series figure. Gorgeous. That said the stand they give you damages the figure under completely normal use. I contacted them right away. They asked for pictures, which I provided. After that no follow-up. For a month I would reach out every 7-10 days and respectfully ask for an update. Three months later I have given up and now hate the expensive figure.

Outstanding collectable vinyls/artwork/merchandise, more often that not are limited edition and are always in perfect condition. Even though they are based abroad and sometimes if i have ordered a few things, i have to pay an import charge into the country, the whole process is smooth and easy from start to finish. The staff are always very helpful and answer pretty quick via email, i look forward to shopping there regularly

I loved to order at mondotees.com because I love their selection of goods and for my circumstances, I ordered a lot at there.
recently, I preordered a product I was awaiting for a while and for the sake of shipping cost saving, a few other goods. I waited for the delivery and got a bit sad that DHL messed up to bring the delivery to me. Mondo was so kind to make a replacement order but suddenly took the preorder-product from my order ( which was the only reason for the order ), with the quote "Sadly we are unable to ship that pin to an international address".
I asked a few times why they are "unable" to ship this product to me, because I already ordered it and it was on its way to me. But I only got "answers" like: "I apologize for the inconvenience" or "I'm terribly sorry" but being honest, that's no answer. I feel like their service emails are generated by a program that mixes up a few template sentences, unable to answer the questing I was asking. I don't feel taken seriously as a customer by this procedure, very disappointing.
