I bought a bed at the Moemax store in Darmstadt on 17.07.19 and got the bed in the store on 19.08.19. I'm having back problems after three days sleeping in this bed.
The bed I bought is one of the best that the store has according to the seller, but it is causing a lot of trouble to my spine because it is harder than the bed I tested in the store.
So I went to the store to talk to the manager after phone guidance and arriving at the store I was extremely poorly served by a totally unprepared employee who didn't care about my situation and suggested absurd things like replacing my new mattress with the store's used mattress since he was softer.
I am unhappy with this disregard for the customer and am waiting for a return from the store manager.

I just bought a bed and mattress from Mömax. The salesman was incredibly helpful. The mattress is great. Unfortunately the positive experience ended there.
The delivery and montage team arrived late and took 2.5 hours to poorly assemble the bed. They didn't seem to be trained and were just following the instructions like anyone else could have done.
Upon completion everything seemed in order, but later I realized two of the drawers underneath the bed couldn't fit in the runners. They had clearly and intentionally disguised this production error.
I called the company, but the phone just rang until the call was dropped. I wrote an email but got no response. My girlfriend had a similar experience. She eventually got someone on the phone who told her to send an email to a different address. She never got a response either. After a week (maybe longer) we went to the shop and found the salesman. Once again he was very helpful and put us in contact with the repair department.
They called a couple days later to schedule an appointment, TWO WEEKS LATER between 8-12. They arrived so late I couldn't wait any longer and returned to work. The slip left in the mailbox said they were there an hour and 50 minutes after the date.
Rescheduling was a pain, too. If you miss their calls expect to get no answer or be put on hold for 5+ minutes.
Finally the second repair team came. They were technically on time but arrived at the latest time possible. They "fixed" the bed by screwing wooden shims to the rails, so the rails of the drawers fit. At least now the bed looks as cheap as it is. They even admitted it was a production error.
I just moved into a new apartment, and if I didn't have more important things to take care of, I would've demanded the bed be sent back, but I don't have any more patience with Mömax.
I've wasted a full day of vacation waiting on this company only to get a product im not happy with. This is a miserable company to deal with. Stay away from them. If you want to buy crap and be treated like garbage, just go to Ikea

The service is horrible. i bought a Couch from Frankfurt and moved to Munich and it is still under warranty. Now the bed function of the Sofa has defect. I have been chasing these guys for 2 weeks now. Mòmax Frankfurt says go to Mömax Munich. Mömax Munich says go to Mömax Frankfurt. I don know what difference it makes I bought the Couch from Mömax. I wont even give one star.

Stay away from their online shop! Too many errors! I’ve got the confirmation of my order, it was stated it will be delivered on 2-3weeks but it’s 3weeks now and checked my account on Mömax it says that “I have not ordered anything yet on Mömax”. Spend your monez elsewhere!!! Mömax has CHEAP price and CHEAP SERVICE!

In der Sendung Marktcheck vom 17.07.2014 gab es einen Fall,
wo eine Kundin nach 4 Monaten noch keine Lieferung erhalten hatte. Die Kundin hatte 30 x erfolglos Kontakt zu dieser Firma.
Die Firmenleitung hat sich entschuldigt bla bla bla - wäre wohl was schief gelaufen. Soll zukünftig nicht mehr vorkommen.

Tipp von Marktscheck:
Festen (spätesten) Liefertermin vereinbaren.
Bei Nichteinhaltung, schriftlich eine Nachfrist setzen, mit der Androhung, dass man bei Nichteinhaltung vom Kauf zurücktritt. Angezahltes Geld zurückfordern. Nur Einschreiben mit Rückschein!
