They got a bunch of wild sales people, pretty incompetent on what they talk about. Quite ok customer service, and usually they run to repair the mess and promises of the sales. I can’t talk good about them, unfortunately, so far I just got annoying small problems.

They are very fast to call when it’s their interest. It’s almost impossible to get in touch with someone when it’s your interest.
Unjustified amounts in their invoices. And huge ones.

What a funny reply, In my previous review, I COMPLAINED that I never got any energy Bulbs from modstroem which I was promised even though i reminded three times by calling them and the reply I received now is that we are sorry you did'nt liked our bulbs but we hope you will like them. Very non-professional Customer Service...

Strongly NOT recommended
The worst ever service you could ever expect in Denmark. The Sales staff is so Pushy and the customer service is so ignorant. Before getting on board I was getting many calls to become a member and Finally when I signed the contract I was promoised to get a call from (so called) energy Experts and Also for the free energy saver Bulbs which I never got so far. The deal was made on 1st of April 2019 and I call back 3 times in April and May as a reminder for bulbs and advise and I was always promised a diiferent date which never happened until today even tough I already have paid 2 bills. Highly NOT recommended.

The way you pay is very limited. You have the option to save your card details on their website ( that is a no go ) and thean you have an automatic payment for the bill or you get the bil by e- mail/mail .
The detailed price per hr for the electricity is stored on the website in an excel file that shows only some numbers. There is no plot to show you the trend of the price or something else . No frendly reading no trust that what you pay is true .In my case i have go spend time each month to check .

Regarding your gift package it was a great disapointemnt. On top of that you are selling stuff of lowest quality like the water saving shower head and you are charging over 300 dkk for it? I can find this cheaper in any store. The call was a complete scam, I cant find anther word

WORST SERVICE, MOST EXPENSIVE, IGNORANT!
Please everybody, dont do my mistake, do not agree with Modstroem, do not make contract. You will save your money and nerves if you will simply never use modstroem as energy supplier. Really bad, when they lie to you in the phone, when they send you a bill it is completely different, what they promisse they never make real.... they made me pay over 2.500 DKK for AIR! when i had to pay for another company aswell, they never do right things!
